Description

Claims (10)
- 少なくとも1種の共役ジオレフィンモノマー及び少なくとも1種のビニルモノマーの共重合によって生成する官能基化コポリマーであって、少なくとも1つのアルコキシシリル官能基を含み、前記アルコキシシリル官能基が2-(3,4-エポキシシクロヘキシル)エチルトリメトキシシラン、3-グリシジルプロピルトリメトキシシラン、γ-グリシドキシプロピルトリメトキシシラン、3-グリシジルプロピルメチルジメトキシシラン及びそれらの組合せからなる群から選択されるアルコキシシラン化合物から導かれる、官能基化コポリマーを含む、ポリマーであって、
前記官能基化コポリマーが、プロトン核磁気共鳴分光法(1H-NMR)を使用して測定すると、90mol%~98mol%の水素化度を有し、
水素化前の官能基化コポリマーは、30~60%の初期ビニル含有率を有し、
前記官能基化コポリマーが、ランダムコポリマーである、ポリマー。 - 前記共役ジオレフィンモノマーが、1,3ブタジエン、イソプレン、ミルセン又はそれらの組合せを含み、前記ビニルモノマーが、スチレン、アルファメチルスチレン又はそれらの組合せを含む、請求項1に記載のポリマー。
- 前記官能基化コポリマーが、アルコキシシラン官能基化スチレンブタジエンコポリマーである、請求項1又は2に記載のポリマー。
- 請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載のポリマーと、
少なくとも1種の硬化剤と、
強化性充填剤と、
を含む、ゴム組成物。 - 天然ゴム、合成ゴム又はそれらの組合せを含む追加のゴムを更に含む、請求項4に記載のゴム組成物。
- 前記強化性充填剤が、シリカ、カーボンブラック又はそれらの組合せを含み、前記硬化剤が硫黄を含む、請求項4又は5に記載のゴム組成物。
- アニオン重合開始剤、少なくとも1種の共役ジオレフィンモノマー、少なくとも1種のビニルモノマー及び溶媒を反応器に導入して、アニオン重合により、リビングコポリマーを生成する工程と、
少なくとも1つのアルコキシシラン化合物を前記リビングコポリマーと反応させて、ランダムコポリマーである官能基化コポリマーを生成する工程であって、前記アルコキシシラン化合物が2-(3,4-エポキシシクロヘキシル)エチルトリメトキシシラン、3-グリシジルプロピルトリメトキシシラン、γ-グリシドキシプロピルトリメトキシシラン、3-グリシジルプロピルメチルジメトキシシラン及びそれらの組合せからなる群から選択されるアルコキシシラン化合物から選択され、水素化前の官能基化コポリマーは、30~60%の初期ビニル含有率を有する工程と、
水素流中、前記水素化前の官能基化コポリマーを溶媒及び水素化触媒と混合することによる前記水素化前の官能基化コポリマーを水素化する工程であって、前記官能基化コポリマーが、1H-NMRを使用して測定すると、90mol%~98mol%の水素化度を有する工程と、
を含む、官能基化コポリマーを作製する方法。 - 前記水素化触媒が、ニッケル及びアルミニウムを含み、前記アニオン重合開始剤がリチウム触媒である、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記水素化触媒がオクタン酸ニッケルを含む、請求項7又は8に記載の方法。
- 前記官能基化コポリマーが、アルコキシシラン官能基化スチレンブタジエンコポリマーである、請求項7~9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
