Claims (3)
- 弁室および当該弁室に通じる複数の流路が設けられた弁本体と、前記弁室内に回転可能に収容され、回転位置に応じて前記流路の接続を切り換える弁体と、前記弁体の回転軸線に沿うように当該弁体に取り付けられる弁軸と、前記弁軸を介して前記弁体を回転させる駆動部と、前記弁軸の端面に設けられた取付穴に圧入される回転角出力軸と、前記回転角出力軸の前記回転軸線周りの回転角を検出する回転角検出部と、を有する流路切換弁であって、
前記回転角出力軸は、円柱状の大径部と、前記大径部より径が小さい円柱状の小径部と、を有し、
前記取付穴は、前記小径部が圧入される圧入部と、前記圧入部の前記弁軸の端面側に同軸に連なるガイド部と、を有し、
前記大径部の外周面が前記ガイド部の内周面に軸方向および周方向に摺動可能に接することを特徴とする流路切換弁。 - 前記回転角出力軸の一端部には、嵌合軸部が設けられ、
前記嵌合軸部は、少なくともその先端が前記取付穴から突出しており、
前記回転角検出部は、ローターと、前記ローターの回転角に応じた信号を出力する信号出力部と、を有し、
前記ローターは、前記嵌合軸部が貫通するとともに当該嵌合軸部とともに当該ローターが回転するように嵌め合わされる嵌合孔が設けられている、請求項1に記載の流路切換弁。 - 前記回転角検出部が取り付けられるベース体をさらに有し、
前記ベース体は、前記弁本体に対して固定され、前記回転角検出部が取り付けられる箇所に前記嵌合軸部が通される貫通孔が設けられている、請求項2に記載の流路切換弁。
