前記複数の点灯部は、前記撮像手段の中央を対称点としたときに非点対称に配置されており、
前記判断する手段は、
前記液面撮像装置による撮像画像に含まれる前記点灯部に対応する光像に基づいて前記液面の状態を判断する
構成とした。

Claims (9)
- ノズルを有するヘッドと、
前記ノズルの液面を撮像する液面撮像装置と、
前記液面撮像装置の撮像結果から前記液面の状態を判断する手段と、を備え、
前記液面撮像装置は、
複数の点灯部を有し、前記液面を照射する照射手段と、
前記液面を撮像する撮像手段と、を備え、
前記複数の点灯部は、前記撮像手段の中央を対称点としたときに非点対称に配置されており、
前記判断する手段は、
前記液面撮像装置による撮像画像に含まれる前記点灯部に対応する光像に基づいて前記液面の状態を判断する
ことを特徴とする液体と吐出する装置。 - 前記液面撮像装置の前記複数の点灯部は、多角形状又は環状に配置されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液体を吐出する装置。 - 前記液面撮像装置の前記複数の点灯部は、前記撮像手段の周囲に配置されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の液体を吐出する装置。 - 前記液面撮像装置の前記照射手段は、前記液面に対して進退する方向に移動可能である
ことを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の液体を吐出する装置。 - 前記液面撮像装置の前記照射手段の前記点灯部には光源から出射光がミラーを介して伝達される
ことを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載の液体を吐出する装置。 - 前記液面撮像装置の前記照射手段は、前記対称点を起点として半径方向に2箇所以上の前記点灯部を有する
ことを特徴とする請求項1ないし5のいずれかに記載の液体を吐出する装置。 - 前記ヘッドは、複数の前記ノズルが配列され、
前記液面撮像装置は、前記ノズルの並び方向に対して相対移動可能である
ことを特徴とする請求項1ないし6のいずれかに記載の液体を吐出する装置。 - 前記液面撮像装置の前記撮像手段は、前記ノズルに対面した位置で撮像する
ことを特徴とする請求項1ないし7のいずれかに記載の液体を吐出する装置。 - 前記ヘッドに対する複数の異なるメンテナンス動作を制御するメンテナンス制御手段を備え、
前記メンテナンス制御手段は、前記液面撮像装置の撮像結果に応じて実行する前記メンテナンス動作を選択する
ことを特徴とする請求項1ないし8のいずれかに記載の液体を吐出する装置。
