Claims (9)
- 不織布と、
前記不織布の内部の空間に担持されたキセロゲルと、を備えた断熱体であって、
前記断熱体を構成する前記不織布のすべてにおいて、前記キセロゲルが前記不織布の内部の空間に担持されており、
前記断熱体は、前記断熱体の少なくとも一面に設けられた複数個の突起を有し、
前記断熱体の前記突起が設けられていない部分の厚さをtとしたとき、前記突起の高さを、0.05t以上、0.15t以下とした、
断熱体。 - 前記不織布は、ポリエチレンテレフタレートからなる、
請求項1に記載の断熱体。 - 前記突起の高さが、0.015mm以上、0.045mm以下である、
請求項1又は2に記載の断熱体。 - 前記突起の上面は、凸面形状を有する、
請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の断熱体。 - 前記断熱体の前記突起が設けられていない部分の厚さをtとしたとき、前記突起間の最短距離を、30t以上、80t以下とした請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の断熱体。
- 前記突起を前記断熱体の両面に設け、両側の面にある前記突起の位置を平面視にて互いに異ならせた請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載の断熱体。
- 請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載の断熱体と、
前記断熱体の全体を覆う絶縁フィルムと、を備え、
前記突起の周辺において、前記断熱体と前記絶縁フィルムとの間に空間が設けられた、
断熱シート。 - 複数の断熱体と、
前記複数の断熱体の全体を覆う絶縁フィルムと、
前記複数の断熱体の間に配置される絶縁シートと、を備え、
前記複数の断熱体のそれぞれは、不織布と、前記不織布の内部の空間に担持されたキセロゲルと、を有するとともに、前記断熱体の少なくとも一面に設けられた複数個の突起を有し、
前記断熱体を構成する前記不織布のすべてにおいて、前記キセロゲルが前記不織布の内部の空間に担持されており、
前記複数の断熱体は、前記突起を設けた面同士を対向させて重ねられ、
前記複数の断熱体は、前記突起を設けた面の間に前記絶縁シートを挟み、
前記複数の断熱体の前記突起を設けた面とは反対側の面が前記絶縁フィルムで覆われており、
前記突起の周辺において、前記断熱体と前記絶縁シートとの間に空間が設けられた、
断熱シート。 - 内部に空間を有する不織布を所定のゾル溶液に浸漬し、前記不織布の内部の空間にキセロゲルを含浸させる工程と、
前記キセロゲルを含侵させた前記不織布を乾燥させて断熱体を得る工程と、
前記キセロゲルが完全に乾燥していない状態で前記不織布の少なくとも一方の面の一部を真空吸着することにより複数個の突起を形成する工程と、
前記断熱体の表面を絶縁フィルムで覆う工程と、
を備えた、断熱体の製造方法。
