Description
図1は本開示の第1の実施形態における断熱シートの斜視図であり、図2は同断熱シートの分解斜視図であり、図3は図1に示す断熱シートを3-3線で切った断面図である。
図4は本開示の第2の実施形態における断熱シートの斜視図であり、図5は同断熱シートの分解斜視図である。図1の断熱シートは、円状の第2領域13が複数個所定に位置に形成されたものであるが、図4の断熱シートでは、第2領域13が格子状に設けられている。第2領域13の幅は約3mm、第1領域12の大きさは約30mm角となっている。図1の場合と同様に、断熱体14の両面には厚さ約0.05mmのPETからなる保護シート15が設けられている。保護シート15は断熱体14よりも大きな形状で、断熱体14の全周囲で保護シート15同士が熱融着により接合され、第2領域13では保護シート15と第2領域13とが熱融着により接合されている。このように構成することにより断熱体14は保護シート15により封止されている。さらに第2領域13の一部およびこれに接合された保護シート15の一部に、スリット19を設けても良い。このようにすることにより、断熱シートに力が加わった場合、加わった力はスリット19を広げる方に使われ、第1領域12にかかる力を軽減することができ、外力に強い断熱シートを得ることができる。
次に、本開示の第1実施形態における断熱シートの製造方法について、第3の実施形態にて説明する。

Claims (9)
- 不織布と前記不織布の内部の空間にキセロゲルを担持した断熱体と、前記断熱体の両面を覆う保護シートを備えた断熱シートであって、
前記断熱体は、前記不織布の内部の空間に前記キセロゲルが担持された第1領域と、前記第1領域よりも薄く、前記不織布の内部にキセロゲルが含浸されていない第2領域とからなり、
前記断熱体の両面において、前記保護シートと前記第2領域とが接合されていることを特徴とする断熱シート。 - 前記断熱体の周囲において、前記保護シート同士が接合されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の断熱シート。
- 前記第2領域が格子状に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の断熱シート。
- 前記第2領域が複数設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の断熱シート。
- 前記不織布および前記保護シートは熱可塑性樹脂からなることを特徴とする請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の断熱シート。
- 前記第2領域およびこれに接合された前記保護シートの一部にはスリットが設けられていることを特徴とする請求項3記載の断熱シート。
- 内部に空間を有する不織布の一部を熱プレスして第2領域を形成する第1工程と、
前記不織布の前記第2領域以外の第1領域における内部の空間にキセロゲルを含浸させて断熱体を得る第2工程と、
前記断熱体の両面に保護シートを重ね、前記断熱体の両面において、前記保護シートと前記第2領域とを接合する第3工程と
を備えることを特徴とする断熱シートの製造方法。 - 前記第3工程では、前記断熱体の周囲において、前記保護シート同士を接合する工程を含むことを特徴とする請求項7記載の断熱シートの製造方法。
- 前記保護シート同士または前記保護シートと前記不織布とは、熱融着により接合されていることを特徴とする請求項7または8に記載の断熱シートの製造方法。
