第1実施形態に係る高圧容器ユニット10が搭載された燃料電池車両11について、図面を参照して説明する。なお、各図に適宜記す矢印FR、矢印UP、矢印RHは、燃料電池車両11の前方向、上方向、車両右側をそれぞれ示している。以下、単に前後、上下、左右の方向を用いて説明する場合は、特に断りのない限り、車両前後方向の前後、車両上下方向の上下、進行方向を向いた場合の車両幅方向の左右を示すものとする。
次に、本実施形態の作用並びに効果を説明する。
図6に示されるように、本変形例の高圧容器ユニット70では、車両前後方向を軸方向として車両幅方向に複数の容器本体部18が配置されており、車両幅方向の中央側に配置された7本の容器本体部18は軸方向に同じ長さに形成されている。
次に、第2実施形態に係る高圧容器ユニット80について、図7~9を参照して説明する。なお、第1実施形態と同様の構成については同じ符号を付し、適宜説明を省略する。

Claims (4)
- 円筒状に形成され、軸方向の少なくとも一端部に開口部を備えると共に、複数配列された容器本体部と、
前記容器本体部の各々の前記開口部に接続されて複数の前記容器本体部を連結すると共に、前記容器本体部の内部を相互に連通させる流路を備えた連結部材と、
箱状に形成され、複数の前記容器本体部及び前記連結部材が収納されると共に車両に搭載されるケースと、
連結部材に設けられ、前記ケースに形成された貫通孔を通じて前記ケースの外部へ導出されると共に、前記流路を開閉可能なバルブが取り付けられる導出管と、
を有し、
前記連結部材には延在方向に沿って等間隔に形成され、それぞれ前記容器本体部側へ突設された複数のネジ部が設けられており、
前記容器本体部は、前記ネジ部に前記開口部が捩じ込まれることで前記連結部材に固定されている、
高圧容器ユニット。 - 前記容器本体部は、軸方向の両端部に前記開口部を備えており、
前記連結部材は、前記容器本体部における軸方向一端側及び軸方向他端側の両側にそれぞれ設けられており、
前記容器本体部における軸方向一端側の前記開口部が一方の前記連結部材の前記ネジ部に捩じ込まれ、前記容器本体部における軸方向他端側の前記開口部が他方の前記連結部材の前記ネジ部に捩じ込まれている請求項1に記載の高圧容器ユニット。 - 前記ケースは、底壁部と該底壁部上に立設されて複数の前記容器本体部の周囲を囲む枠状の周壁部を備えたケース本体を含んで構成されており、
前記ケース本体の前記周壁部は、閉断面構造とされている請求項1又は2に記載の高圧容器ユニット。 - 請求項1~3の何れか1項に記載の高圧容器ユニットが搭載された燃料電池車両であって、
前記高圧容器ユニットが車室の床面を構成するフロアパネルの車両下方側に配置されている燃料電池車両。
