Description
さらに、ケース本体と蓋部材とを含んでケースが構成されているため、異物などがケース本体の内部に入り込むのを抑制することができる。また、ケース本体の周壁部が閉断面構造とされているため、周壁部を開断面の部材で形成した構造と比較して、周壁部の変形を抑制することができる。この結果、ケース内の容器本体部へ入力される衝撃を低減することができる。
なお、ここでいう箱状とは、収納物を支持する底壁と、収納物の周囲を囲む周壁とを備えた形状を含むものであり、蓋の無い形状も含む概念である。
複数の前記取付部は、それぞれ雄ネジ部を備えており、前記雄ネジ部に前記開口部が捩じ込まれることで前記連結部材に前記容器本体が固定されている。
第1実施形態に係る高圧容器ユニット10が搭載された燃料電池車両11について、図面を参照して説明する。なお、各図に適宜記す矢印FR、矢印UP、矢印RHは、燃料電池車両11の前方向、上方向、車両右側をそれぞれ示している。以下、単に前後、上下、左右の方向を用いて説明する場合は、特に断りのない限り、車両前後方向の前後、車両上下方向の上下、進行方向を向いた場合の車両幅方向の左右を示すものとする。
次に、本実施形態の作用並びに効果を説明する。
図6に示されるように、本変形例の高圧容器ユニット70では、車両前後方向を軸方向として車両幅方向に複数の容器本体部18が配置されており、車両幅方向の中央側に配置された7本の容器本体部18は軸方向に同じ長さに形成されている。
次に、第2実施形態に係る高圧容器ユニット80について、図7~9を参照して説明する。なお、第1実施形態と同様の構成については同じ符号を付し、適宜説明を省略する。

Claims (11)
- 円筒状に形成され、軸方向の少なくとも一端部に開口部を備えると共に、複数配列された容器本体部と、
前記容器本体部の各々の前記開口部に接続されて複数の前記容器本体部を連結すると共に、前記容器本体部の内部を相互に連通させる流路を備えた連結部材と、
箱状に形成され、複数の前記容器本体部及び前記連結部材が収納されるケースと、
連結部材に設けられ、前記ケースに形成された貫通孔を通じて前記ケースの外部へ導出されると共に、前記流路を開閉可能なバルブが取り付けられる導出管と、
を有し、
前記ケースは、底壁部と該底壁部上に立設されて複数の前記容器本体部の周囲を囲む枠状の周壁部とを備えたケース本体と、蓋部材とを含んで構成されており、
前記ケース本体の前記周壁部は、閉断面構造とされている高圧容器ユニット。 - 前記導出管は、前記連結部材における前記容器本体部の配列方向の中間部分に設けられている請求項1に記載の高圧容器ユニット。
- 前記連結部材には、前記容器本体部の前記開口部が取付けられる取付部が複数設けられており、
複数の前記取付部は、それぞれ雄ネジ部を備えており、前記雄ネジ部に前記開口部が捩じ込まれることで前記連結部材に前記容器本体部が固定されている請求項1又は2に記載の高圧容器ユニット。 - 前記底壁部には取付ブラケットが設けられており、
前記容器本体部は、前記底壁部に対して非接触の状態となるように前記取付ブラケットを介して設置されている請求項3に記載の高圧容器ユニット。 - 前記ケースにおける前記底壁部及び前記蓋部材の少なくとも一方には、対向する前記周壁部間に閉断面構造の荷重伝達部が設けられている請求項3又は4に記載の高圧容器ユニット。
- 前記荷重伝達部は、前記蓋部材の前記容器本体部側に設けられており、
前記蓋部材における前記荷重伝達部との間には通気経路が設けられ、
前記通気経路には、前記ケースの外側へ気体を放出可能な通気孔が形成されている請求項5に記載の高圧容器ユニット。 - 請求項1~6の何れか1項に記載の高圧容器ユニットが搭載された燃料電池車両であって、
前記高圧容器ユニットが車室の床面を構成するフロアパネルの車両下方側に配置されている燃料電池車両。 - 前記容器本体部は、車両前後方向を軸方向として車両幅方向に複数配列されている請求項7に記載の燃料電池車両。
- 前記容器本体部は、車両幅方向を軸方向として車両前後方向に複数配列されている請求項7に記載の燃料電池車両。
- 前記高圧容器ユニットにおける車両後方側に配列された前記容器本体部は、車両上下方向に複数積み重ねられている請求項9に記載の燃料電池車両。
- 前記ケースの車両後方側の端部における車両幅方向両側が平面視で車両前方側へ凹んでいる請求項7~10の何れか1項に記載の燃料電池車両。
