上記第1,第2面の上における上記各ブロックは、上記第1,第2平坦部のすべてのエッジから離れており、
上記はんだ接続部において鉛フリーはんだの全てが上記第1,第2部と上記バスバーとの間に配置される。
(B)鉛フリーはんだを上記第1,第2面5c1,5c2の上にはんだ付けして、上記第1面5c1の上に鉛フリーはんだの第1ブロック4p1を形成し第2面5c2の上に鉛フリーはんだの第2ブロック4p2を形成すること、
(C)ワイヤーパターン3bおよびバスバー3aを含む導電層3がその上に形成されてなるガラス基板層2を提供すること、
(D)それぞれのブロック4p1,4p2を上記第1,第2面5c1,5c2と上記バスバー3aとの間に挟み、かつ、上記ブロック4p1,4p2を溶融して上記コネクタ5と上記バスバー3aとの間にはんだ接続部を形成すること。
上記第1,第2面5c1,5c2の上における上記各ブロック4p1,4p2は、上記第1,第2平坦部5a1,5a2のすべてのエッジから離れており、
上記はんだ接続部において鉛フリーはんだの全てが上記第1,第2部5a1,5a2と上記バスバー3aとの間に配置される。
[実験]
[実施例1]
基本の試験片が提供された。試験片は、厚さ3mmのISO16293-1で規定されたソーダライムシリケートガラスからなる熱強化ガラス基板層2と、図1,2,4に示すように導電性ワイヤーパターン3bおよびバスバー3aを含む導電層3と、を備えている。これは、本方法のステップ(C)に対応する。
[実施例2]
実施例1の手順を繰り返した。但し、各々の鉛フリーはんだブロックの量は44.34mgであり、各ブロック4p1,4p2の体積および各ブロック4p1,4p2の厚さは、それぞれ6mm3および0.4mmであった。熱サイクル試験において、いずれのサンプルでもガラス基板層2にクラックは観察されなかった。
[実施例3]
実施例1の手順を繰り返した。但し、各々の鉛フリーはんだブロックの量は21mgであり、各ブロック4p1,4p2の体積および各ブロック4p1,4p2の厚さは、それぞれ2.8mm3および0.4mmであった。熱サイクル試験において、いずれのサンプルでもガラス基板層2にクラックは観察されなかった。
[比較例1]
実施例1の手順を繰り返した。但し、各々の鉛フリーはんだブロックの量は62mgであり、各ブロック4p1,4p2の体積および各ブロック4p1,4p2の厚さは、それぞれ8.4mm3および0.5mmであった。熱サイクル試験において、この比較例の10個のサンプル中7個についてクラックが観察された。
[比較例2]
実施例1の手順を繰り返した。但し、各々の鉛フリーはんだブロックの量は14mgであり、各ブロック4p1,4p2の体積および各ブロック4p1,4p2の厚さは、それぞれ2mm3および0.1mmであった。熱サイクル試験中、10個のサンプル中3個において、はんだ接続部の破壊が観察された。
Claims (7)
- (A)金属板からなり、かつ、第1平坦部と、第2平坦部と、上記第1,第2平坦部の間を接続するブリッジ部と、を含み、上記平坦部はそれぞれはんだ付け用の第1面および第2面を有する、コネクタを提供すること、
(B)鉛フリーはんだを上記面の上にそれぞれはんだ付けして、上記第1面および第2面の上に鉛フリーはんだの第1ブロックおよび第2ブロックを形成すること、
(C)ワイヤーパターンおよびバスバーを含む導電層がその上に形成されてなるガラス基板層を提供すること、
(D)上記鉛フリーはんだブロックをそれぞれの面と上記バスバーとの間に挟み、かつ、上記ブロックを溶融して上記コネクタと上記バスバーとの間にはんだ接続部を形成すること、
を含む車両用ガラスアッセンブリの製造方法であって、
上記鉛フリーはんだブロックは上記コネクタの電気的加熱によって溶融され、
上記各ブロックにおける鉛フリーはんだの量は、15mg~50mgの間にあり、
上記第1,第2面の上における上記各ブロックは、上記第1,第2平坦部のすべてのエッジから離れており、
上記はんだ接続部において鉛フリーはんだの全てが上記第1,第2平坦部と上記バスバーとの間に配置される、
車両用ガラスアッセンブリの製造方法。 - 上記各ブロックにおける鉛フリーはんだの量が、20mgから45mg未満である、請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 上記第1面および第2面のそれぞれの面積が、10mm2~28mm2の間にある、請求項1または2に記載の製造方法。
- 上記コネクタを構成する金属板の厚みが、0.5mm~0.8mmの間にある、請求項1,2または3に記載の製造方法。
- 上記各ブロックの体積が、2mm3~12mm3の間にある、請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の製造方法。
- 上記各ブロックの厚さが、0.3mm~0.5mmの間にある、請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載の製造方法。
- 鉛フリーはんだの全てが、第1,第2平坦部のすべてのエッジから後退している、請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載の製造方法。
