Description
図1を用いて射出成形機10の構成の概略を説明する。射出成形機10は、型締装置14と射出装置16を有する。
図1に示される型開閉機構40aとエジェクタ機構40bとスクリュー回転機構40cと射出機構40dは駆動機構40として機能する。図2および図3を用いて駆動機構40の構成を詳細に説明する。
上述した実施形態では、駆動プーリ44と従動プーリ46に2つのベルト48が巻き掛けられる駆動機構40を説明したが、ベルト48の数は2つに限られない。駆動プーリ44と従動プーリ46に3以上のベルト48が巻き掛けられてもよい。また、3以上のベルト48がそれぞれ異なる幅Wを有する場合、駆動用モータ42から離れるにつれてベルト48の幅Wが狭くなるように、各ベルト48が配置されることが好ましい。
上記実施形態および変形例から把握しうる発明について、以下に記載する。

Claims (4)
- 動作対象を動作させる射出成形機の駆動機構であって、
駆動力を発生させる駆動用モータと、
前記駆動用モータに連結される1つの駆動プーリと、
前記動作対象に連結される従動プーリと、
互いに並列して前記駆動プーリと前記従動プーリとに巻き掛けられる複数のベルトと、を有し、
少なくとも1つの前記ベルトは、他の前記ベルトと比較して幅が異なり、
最も幅が狭い前記ベルトは、前記駆動用モータから最も離れた位置に設けられ、
前記駆動プーリの支持構造は、片持ち構造である、射出成形機の駆動機構。 - 請求項1に記載の射出成形機の駆動機構であって、
最も幅が狭い前記ベルトが前記駆動プーリと前記従動プーリとの間に存在するか否かを検出するセンサを更に有する、射出成形機の駆動機構。 - 請求項1または2に記載の射出成形機の駆動機構であって、
前記駆動プーリと前記従動プーリは、歯付きプーリであり、
複数の前記ベルトは、かみ合い伝動ベルトである、射出成形機の駆動機構。 - 請求項3に記載の射出成形機の駆動機構であって、
最も幅が狭い前記ベルトの幅は、前記ベルトに設けられる歯のピッチ以上である、射出成形機の駆動機構。
