Description
本発明の実施形態は、概して、内視鏡用の作業チャネル等、医療装置の作業チャネルへの医療器具に対する封止可能なアクセスを提供する生検キャップ構成を支援することができ、こうした医療装置のための設計、材料、製造方法及び使用代替案を含む。
Claims (13)
- 生検キャップを備え、該生検キャップは、第1端部及び第2端部と、前記第1端部と前記第2端部との間において当該生検キャップ内に画定される内部チャンバと、前記第1端部において前記内部チャンバと流体連通するキャップ細孔とを有し、
前記内部チャンバ内に配置される複数のシール部材を備え、該シール部材は、各々が前記キャップ細孔と流体連通している開口部を有し、
前記内部チャンバ内に配置されたベースを備え、該ベースは、前記開口部の各々と流体連通する前記ベースを貫通するベース細孔を有し、
前記複数のシール部材は、前記ベースが前記生検キャップの前記第1端部から間隔を隔てて配置されるように前記ベースと前記生検キャップの前記第1端部との間に配置され、
前記ベースが、前記ベースから先端側に延びるとともに作業チャネルのポートと係合するように前記生検キャップの前記第2端部を越える少なくとも2つの拡張部をさらに備える、
シールアセンブリ。 - 前記ベースが、前記生検キャップと摩擦係合するように構成された凹部をさらに備える、請求項1に記載のシールアセンブリ。
- 前記凹部が外部環状凹部である、請求項2に記載のシールアセンブリ。
- 前記ベースの基端部が前記ベース細孔に向かう勾配を有し、前記勾配が、第2角度に移行する第1角度を有し、前記第2角度を有する勾配が前記第1角度を有する勾配と前記ベース細孔との間にあり、前記第2角度が前記第1角度より大きい、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載のシールアセンブリ。
- 前記第1角度が30°であり、前記第2角度が45°である、請求項4に記載のシールアセンブリ。
- 前記複数のシール部材の前記開口部の各々が、互いに、前記ベース細孔と前記キャップ細孔とに軸方向に整合される、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載のシールアセンブリ。
- 前記複数のシール部材のうちの少なくとも1つが、らせん状パターンで前記開口部の周囲で半径方向に延びる複数の面を備える、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載のシールアセンブリ。
- 前記複数のシール部材のうちの少なくとも1つが、前記開口部に向かって半径方向内向きに延びる複数の突起を備え、前記複数の突起が、角度がオフセットした層である、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載のシールアセンブリ。
- 前記複数の突起が、前記開口部がシールを通って軸方向に延びるように、前記シール部材の中心に前記開口部を画定している、請求項8に記載のシールアセンブリ。
- 内視鏡のポートに取り付けるように構成された装置であって、
生検キャップと、
ベースであって、前記ポートと流体連通するように当該ベースを貫通するベース細孔を画定し、かつ、前記ポートに係合するように構成された固定領域を有するベースと、
を備え、
前記ベースは、前記ポートの上面と係合するように構成され、かつ、前記ポートの側面と係合するように前記ベースの前記固定領域のいずれかの側から先端側に延びる少なくとも2つの拡張部を有し、
前記ベースの周囲には、前記生検キャップと係合するように構成された凹部が配置される、
装置。 - 前記凹部が外部環状凹部である、請求項10に記載の装置。
- 前記ベースの基端部が前記ベース細孔に向かう勾配を有し、前記勾配が第2角度に移行する第1角度を有し、前記第2角度を有する勾配が前記第1角度を有する勾配と前記ベース細孔との間にあり、前記第2角度が前記第1角度より大きい、請求項10又は11に記載の装置。
- 前記第1角度が30°であり、前記第2角度が45°である、請求項12に記載の装置。
