Description
[冷媒圧縮機の構成]
まず、本開示の実施の形態1に係る密閉型冷媒圧縮機の代表的な構成例について、図1を参照して具体的に説明する。図1は、本開示の実施の形態1に係る密閉型冷媒圧縮機100(以下、冷媒圧縮機100と略す場合がある)の構成の一例を示す模式的断面図である。
次に、密閉容器101内に貯留されている潤滑油103のより具体的な構成について具体的に説明する。
本実施の形態2では、前記実施の形態1で説明した冷媒圧縮機100を備える冷凍・冷蔵装置の一例について、図3を参照して具体的に説明する。図3は、前記実施の形態1に係る冷媒圧縮機100を備える冷凍・冷蔵装置の概略構成を模式的に示している。そのため、本実施の形態2では、冷凍・冷蔵装置の基本構成の概略についてのみ説明する。

- 密閉容器内に、40℃での動粘度が1mm2 /S~5mm2 /Sの潤滑油を貯留するとともに、電動要素および当該電動要素により駆動され冷媒を圧縮する圧縮要素を収容し、
前記潤滑油は、鉱油を含み、前記潤滑油の表面張力は、JIS K2241に規定されるリング法で測定したときに、23mN/m~45mN/mの範囲内であることを特徴とする、
密閉型冷媒圧縮機。 - 前記潤滑油の40℃での動粘度が1mm 2 /S~4mm 2 /Sであることを特徴とする、
請求項1に記載の密閉型冷媒圧縮機。 - 前記圧縮要素は、前記電動要素によって駆動される往復式の構成であり、クランクシャフトおよびシリンダーブロックを備え、
前記クランクシャフトの主軸は、前記シリンダーブロックが備える主軸受により軸支されていることを特徴とする、
請求項1に記載の密閉型冷媒圧縮機。 - 前記冷媒はR600aであることを特徴とする、
