Claims (19)
- バスバー(50)に取り付けるバスバーコンタクト(100)であって、
電気的接触を確立するために遠位端(19)に配置された接触面(12)を有するコンタクトリング(10)と、
機械的締結のための締結要素(20)とを備え、
前記コンタクトリング(10)は、半径方向外側を向く円筒形接触面(13)を有する、半径方向に突出する圧入フランジ(16)を含む、バスバーコンタクト。
- 前記圧入フランジ(16)は矩形の半径方向断面を有する、請求項1に記載のバスバーコンタクト(100)。
- 前記締結要素(20)は、前記コンタクトリング(10)を相手側コンタクトに向かって押圧するように構成された押圧フランジ(24)を含む、請求項1または2に記載のバスバーコンタクト(100)。
- 前記締結要素(20)および/または前記コンタクトリング(10)は、それぞれの他方の要素(10、20)にクランプするための少なくとも1つのクランプ突起(91)を含む、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のバスバーコンタクト(100)。
- 前記締結要素(20)は、相手側要素にねじ込むためのねじを含む、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のバスバーコンタクト(100)。
- 前記コンタクトリング(10)は、前記締結要素(20)のための受入チャネル(11)を含む、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のバスバーコンタクト(100)。
- 前記バスバーコンタクト(100)は、前記締結要素(20)の遠位端(29)に取り付けるように構成されたタッチガードキャップ(30)を含む、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のバスバーコンタクト(100)。
- バスバー(50)と、
請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の、前記バスバー(50)の孔(51)に嵌入されたバスバーコンタクト(100)と
を備えるアセンブリ(200)。
- 前記孔(51)は段付きボアを含む、請求項8に記載のアセンブリ(200)。
- 前記孔(51)の縁部(57)が押し込まれる、請求項8または9に記載のアセンブリ(200)。
- 請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のバスバーコンタクト(100)をバスバー(50)に締結する方法であって、
前記圧入フランジ(16)が前記バスバー(50)の孔(51)に導入され、その後、前記孔(51)の縁部(57)のサイズが変形によって減少する、方法。
- バスバー(50)に取り付けるバスバーコンタクト(100)であって、
電気的接触を確立するために遠位端(19)に配置された接触面(12)を有するコンタクトリング(10)と、
機械的締結のための締結要素(20)とを備え、
前記締結要素(20)および前記コンタクトリング(10)は、接続方向(V)と反対方向にテーパ状になる相補的な押圧面(15、25)を含む、バスバーコンタクト。
- 前記バスバーコンタクト(100)は、前記締結要素(20)に接続する対向要素(40)を含む、請求項12に記載のバスバーコンタクト(100)。
- 前記対向要素(40)は半径方向に突出するフランジ(42)を含み、歯状要素(43)が前記フランジ(42)の前面(49)から突出する、請求項13に記載のバスバーコンタクト(100)。
- 前記締結要素(20)は、相手側要素にねじ込むためのねじを含む、請求項12から14のいずれか一項に記載のバスバーコンタクト(100)。
- 前記コンタクトリング(10)は、前記締結要素(20)のための受入チャネルを含む、請求項12から15のいずれか一項に記載のバスバーコンタクト(100)。
- 前記バスバーコンタクト(100)は、前記締結要素(20)の遠位端(29)に取り付けるように構成されたタッチガードキャップ(30)を含む、請求項12から16のいずれか一項に記載のバスバーコンタクト(100)。
- バスバー(50)と、
請求項12から17のいずれか一項に記載の、前記バスバー(50)の孔(51)に嵌入されたバスバーコンタクト(100)と

- 請求項12から17のいずれか一項に記載のバスバーコンタクト(100)をバスバー(50)に締結する方法であって、
前記締結要素(20)が前記コンタクトリング(10)に挿入され、前記締結要素(20)は、前記バスバー(50)の孔(51)を通して挿入され、対向要素(40)を前記締結要素(20)に締結することによって、前記バスバー(50)は、その後、前記対向要素(40)と前記コンタクトリング(10)との間にクランプされる、方法。
