- 第1面を有しており、磁性体を含む基体と、
前記第1面の上に位置しており、空隙を有する第1金属層と、
を備え、
前記基体は、前記第1面から突出した突出部を有しており、前記突出部の高さは、前記第1金属層の高さよりも高く、
前記突出部は、前記突出部の厚み方向に貫通する貫通孔を有する、平面コイル。 - 前記基体は、磁性体である、請求項1に記載の平面コイル。
- 前記第1金属層は、第1金属粒子と、第2金属粒子と、を有しており、
前記空隙は、前記第1金属粒子と前記第2金属粒子との間に位置する、請求項1または請求項2に記載の平面コイル。 - 前記第1金属層および前記第1面の間に位置する接合層を備える、請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1つに記載の平面コイル。
- 前記接合層は、樹脂またはガラスを有する、請求項4に記載の平面コイル。
- 前記基体は、内部に流路を有する、請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれか1つに記載の平面コイル。
- 前記突出部は、前記第1面の上に位置する前記第1金属層の周囲に位置する、請求項1乃至請求項6のいずれか1つに記載の平面コイル。
- 前記第1金属層および前記第1面の間に位置する絶縁層を備える、請求項1乃至請求項7のいずれか1つに記載の平面コイル。
- 前記基体において前記第1面に対向する第2面の上に位置しており、空隙を有する第2金属層を備える、請求項1乃至請求項8のいずれか1つに記載の平面コイル。
- 前記第1金属層および前記第2金属層の間を電気的に接続するビアを備える、請求項9に記載の平面コイル。
- 請求項1乃至請求項10のいずれか1つに記載の平面コイルを備える、変圧器。
- 請求項1乃至請求項10のいずれか1つに記載の平面コイルを備える、無線送電器。
- 請求項1乃至請求項10のいずれか1つに記載の平面コイルを備える、電磁石。
