Claims (7)
- 内燃機関の吸入空気量を制御する第1吸気絞り弁の開度が一定となる所定の運転状態のときに、上記第1吸気絞り弁の上流側に位置する第2吸気絞り弁の開度を所定の第1弁開度にしたときの第1吸入空気量と上記第2吸気絞り弁の開度を上記第1弁開度よりも小さい所定の第2弁開度にしたときの第2吸入空気量とを上記第2吸気絞り弁よりも上流側に位置する吸入空気量検出センサで検出し、
上記第1吸入空気量及び上記第2吸入空気量に基づいて、吸気通路における上記吸入空気量検出センサよりも下流側の位置に接続されたブローバイガス処理用のブローバイガス還流システムの異常の有無を診断し、上記第1吸入空気量及び上記第2吸入空気量を検出する間に上記第1吸気絞り弁の開度が変化した場合には、ブローバイガス還流システムの診断を中止する、内燃機関の異常診断方法。 - 上記所定の運転状態は、所定の燃料カット条件が成立して上記内燃機関の燃料噴射が中止された運転状態である請求項1に記載の内燃機関の異常診断方法。
- 上記第1吸入空気量は、上記第2吸気絞り弁の開度を上記第1弁開度に変更して所定時間経過したときの吸入空気量であり、
上記第2吸入空気量は、上記第2吸気絞り弁の開度を上記第2弁開度に変更して所定時間経過したときの吸入空気量である、請求項1または2に記載の内燃機関の異常診断方法。 - 上記ブローバイガス還流システムは、上記吸気通路における上記第1吸気絞り弁と上記第2吸気絞り弁との間の位置と内燃機関のクランクケースとを接続する第1通路を有する請求項1~3のいずれかに記載の内燃機関の異常診断方法。
- 上記ブローバイガス還流システムは、上記吸気通路における上記第2吸気絞り弁よりも上流側の位置と内燃機関のクランクケースとを接続する第2通路を有する請求項1~4のいずれかに記載の内燃機関の異常診断方法。
- 上記ブローバイガス還流システムは、上記吸気通路における第1吸気絞り弁よりも下流側の位置と内燃機関のクランクケースとを接続する第3通路を有する請求項1~5のいずれかに記載の内燃機関の異常診断方法。
- 内燃機関の吸入空気量を制御する第1吸気絞り弁と、
上記第1吸気絞り弁の上流側に位置する第2吸気絞り弁と、
上記第2吸気絞り弁の上流側に位置して吸入空気量を検出する吸入空気量検出センサと、
吸気通路における上記吸入空気量検出センサよりも下流側の位置に接続されたブローバイガス処理用のブローバイガス還流システムと、
上記第1吸気絞り弁の開度が一定の所定の運転状態のときに、上記第2吸気絞り弁の開度を所定の第1弁開度にして上記吸入空気量検出センサで検出された第1吸入空気量と、上記第2吸気絞り弁の開度を上記第1弁開度よりも小さい所定の第2弁開度にして上記吸入空気量検出センサで検出された第2吸入空気量と、に基づいてブローバイガス還流システムの異常を診断し、上記第1吸入空気量及び上記第2吸入空気量を検出する間に上記第1吸気絞り弁の開度が変化した場合には、ブローバイガス還流システムの診断を中止する診断部と、を有する内燃機関の異常診断装置。
