Description
車両のシステム起動が指示されたときおよび/またはシステム停止中に携帯機との通信により前記携帯機の認証を行なうと共に、前記車両のシステム起動が指示されたときには前記携帯機の認証に成功していることを条件として前記車両のシステム起動を行なう制御装置を備える車両であって、
前記制御装置は、前記車両のシステム起動後に前記車両の所定移動を検知すると、前記携帯機の再認証を行ない、前記携帯機の再認証に失敗した場合、盗難防止処理を行なう、
ことを要旨とする。
Claims (8)
- 車両のシステム起動が指示されたときおよび/またはシステム停止中に携帯機との通信により前記携帯機の認証を行なうと共に、前記車両のシステム起動が指示されたときには前記携帯機の認証に成功していることを条件として前記車両のシステム起動を行なう制御装置を備える車両であって、
前記制御装置は、前記車両のシステム起動後に前記車両の所定移動を検知すると、前記携帯機の再認証を行ない、前記携帯機の再認証に失敗した場合、盗難防止処理として、前記車両のシステム起動を行なった地点に自動運転により戻るように走行用の駆動装置を制御する、
車両。 - 請求項1記載の車両であって、
前記制御装置は、前記携帯機の再認証に失敗し且つ自動運転が可能でない場合、前記盗難防止処理として、前記駆動装置の出力を制限する、
車両。 - 請求項1または2記載の車両であって、
前記制御装置は、前記携帯機の再認証に失敗し且つ自動運転が可能でない場合、前記盗難防止処理として、車速が所定車速以下のときにシフトポジションを駐車ポジションに変更する、
車両。 - 車両のシステム起動が指示されたときおよび/またはシステム停止中に携帯機との通信により前記携帯機の認証を行なうと共に、前記車両のシステム起動が指示されたときには前記携帯機の認証に成功していることを条件として前記車両のシステム起動を行なう制御装置を備える車両であって、
前記制御装置は、所定地点での前記車両のシステム起動後に前記車両の所定移動を検知すると、前記携帯機の再認証を行ない、前記携帯機の再認証に失敗した場合、盗難防止処理を行ない、前記所定地点以外の地点での前記車両のシステム起動後には、その後に前記携帯機の再認証を行なわない、
車両。 - 請求項4記載の車両であって、
前記制御装置は、前記携帯機の再認証に失敗した場合、前記盗難防止処理として、走行用の駆動装置の出力を制限する、
車両。 - 請求項4または5記載の車両であって、
前記制御装置は、前記携帯機の再認証に失敗した場合、前記盗難防止処理として、車速が所定車速以下のときにシフトポジションを駐車ポジションに変更する、
車両。 - 請求項1ないし6のうちの何れか1つの請求項に記載の車両であって、
前記制御装置は、前記車両のシステム起動後に、前記車両が所定距離だけ走行したときまたは車速が所定車速以上に至ったときに前記車両の前記所定移動を検知したと判定する、
車両。 - 請求項1ないし7のうちの何れか1つの請求項に記載の車両であって、
前記制御装置は、前記携帯機の再認証に失敗した場合、前記携帯機を前記車両の所定部に接近させるように報知し、前記携帯機が前記所定部に接近したのを検知すると、前記携帯機の再認証を失敗から成功に変更する、
車両。
