Description
請求項2に係る本発明は、前記空調機器用消音装置において、前記スピーカに接続されたANCコントローラを備え、前記リファレンスマイクで検出された参照信号は該リファレンスマイクと接続された前記ANCコントローラに入力され、前記エラーマイクの制御対象信号は前記ANCコントローラに入力され、前記ANCコントローラの出力は接続された前記スピーカに加えられ、前記スピーカは第2の平面波を送出することを特徴とする。
請求項3記載の本発明は、前記空調機器用消音装置において、前記第1のダクト内の前記音響経路に吸音材を設けたことを特徴とする。
請求項4記載の本発明は、前記空調機器用消音装置において、前記ダクトカバーの内面に前記エラーマイクの風避け兼補強用の円筒部を設けたことを特徴とする。
請求項5記載の本発明は、前記空調機器用消音装置において、前記スピーカバックキャビティを側断面U字状に設けたことを特徴とする。
請求項2記載の本発明によれば、騒音の位相に対し、逆位相を発生させるANCコントローラを設けることで、低域の騒音の音圧を減衰させることができ、さらに消音効果を高めることができる。
請求項3記載の本発明によれば、消音効果の高い繊維を主素材とする吸音材を組み入れたため、低域の消音から1000Hz以降の幅広い範囲にわたっても騒音を消音できる。
請求項4記載の本発明によれば、ダクトカバーの剛性があがるため吸音ダクトとしての強度が向上し振動が抑制され、かつエラーマイクの風避けができ、エラーマイクを確実に動作させることができる。
請求項5記載の本発明によれば、側断面U字状のスピーカバックキャビティにより音響経路を形成できるので、音響経路を通る空気や音を円滑に案内でき、騒音を低減できる。

Claims (5)
- 騒音送出口上に設置され、騒音を参照信号として検出するリファレンスマイクが設けられた筒状の第1のダクトと、この第1のダクトの上部に設けられた全体形状が平面視円形をなし、かつ中央部にスピーカが設けられたスピーカバッフルと、このスピーカバッフルの背面に設けられたスピーカバックキャビティと、前記スピーカバッフルの上部に連結された筒状の第2のダクトと、この第2のダクト内であって前記スピーカの振動板上に間隔を空けて設けられた、消しきれなかった誤差信号である制御対象信号を検出するエラーマイクと、前記第2のダクトの上部に連結された吸気用の円筒体と、この円筒体の上方開口部を塞ぐように設けられたダクトカバーとを備え、前記第1のダクト内周面と前記スピーカバックキャビティ外周面との間が前記騒音の音響経路となり、かつその間隔が平面波となるよう設定され騒音は第1の平面波となり、前記第2のダクト内の誤差信号を前記エラーマイクが検出して前記スピーカから前記第1の平面波と逆位相の第2の平面波が出されることを特徴とする空調機器用消音装置。
- 請求項1記載の空調機器用消音装置において、前記スピーカに接続されたANCコントローラを備え、前記リファレンスマイクで検出された参照信号は該リファレンスマイクと接続された前記ANCコントローラに入力され、前記エラーマイクの制御対象信号は前記ANCコントローラに入力され、前記ANCコントローラの出力は接続された前記スピーカに加えられ、前記スピーカは第2の平面波を送出することを特徴とする空調機器用消音装置。
- 請求項1又は2に記載の空調機器用消音装置において、前記第1のダクト内の前記音響経路に吸音材を設けたことを特徴とする空調機器用消音装置。
- 請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の空調機器用消音装置において、前記ダクトカバーの内面に前記エラーマイクの風避け兼補強用の円筒部を設けたことを特徴とする空調機器用消音装置。
- 請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の空調機器用消音装置において、前記スピーカバックキャビティを側断面U字状に設けたことを特徴とする空調機器用消音装置。
