Description
一実施形態による動力伝達装置及び産業機械について図1~図3を用いて説明する。図1は、本実施形態による産業機械を示す概略図である。ここでは、産業機械10が射出成形機である場合を例に説明するが、これに限定されるものではない。
本発明についての好適な実施形態を上述したが、本発明は上記実施形態に限定されるものではなく、本発明の要旨を逸脱しない範囲において、種々の改変が可能である。

Claims (6)
- 第1プーリと、
直径が前記第1プーリより大きい又は等しい第2プーリと、
前記第1プーリと前記第2プーリとに巻回されたベルトと、
前記ベルトの面に交差する方向における前記ベルトの変位を検出する検出部とを備え、
前記検出部は、所定の測定箇所における前記ベルトの前記変位を検出し、
前記ベルトと前記第1プーリとが接触している部位と前記ベルトと前記第1プーリとが接触していない部位との境界から前記測定箇所までの距離は、前記第1プーリの直径以下であり、
前記第1プーリ又は前記第2プーリを回転させる駆動源のトルクに応じた情報と、前記変位とに基づいて、前記ベルトの取付張力に関する情報を取得する取得部とを更に備える、動力伝達装置。 - 請求項1に記載の動力伝達装置において、
前記検出部は、前記第1プーリの中心と前記第2プーリの中心とを結ぶ線に対して一方の側に備えられている、動力伝達装置。 - 請求項1に記載の動力伝達装置において、
前記検出部は、前記第1プーリの中心と前記第2プーリの中心とを結ぶ線に対して両側に備えられている、動力伝達装置。 - 請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の動力伝達装置において、
前記検出部によって取得される情報に基づいて前記変位に関する情報を表示する表示部を更に備える、動力伝達装置。 - 請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の動力伝達装置において、
前記取得部は、前記駆動源の前記トルクに応じた情報と、前記変位とに基づいて、前記ベルトの前記取付張力を取得する、動力伝達装置。 - 請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載の動力伝達装置を備える、産業機械。
