Abstract
Description
本実施形態の射出装置は、射出成形機または射出ブロー成形機で用いられ、射出型締装置(図示は省略)に搭載された射出成形用金型に対して樹脂材料を射出できるように構成されている。
射出装置10の動作について説明する。まず、型締めされた金型の樹脂導入口(スプルー、ゲート)に、加熱シリンダ12の先端のノズル部を当接させる。このとき、原料投入口(ホッパ)60(図2参照)に固体プラスチック材料(ペレット)を満たした状態にする。次に、回転装置14を作動させ、スクリュー11を加熱シリンダ12内で回転させる。また、進退装置13を作動させ、スクリュー11を加熱シリンダ12内で後退させる。原料投入口60から加熱シリンダ12内に導入された固体プラスチック材料は、加熱シリンダ12内をスクリュー11の回転により搬送される間に溶融、混練される。これにより、加熱シリンダ12の先端に所定量の溶融樹脂が計量される。次に、回転装置14を静止させた状態で進退装置13を作動させ、加熱シリンダ12内でスクリュー11を前進させる。これにより、溶融樹脂が金型に射出される。
Claims (6)
- 加熱シリンダとスクリューとを備える射出装置であって、
前記加熱シリンダが固定される前方プレートと、前記スクリューを軸方向で進退させる進退機構が設けられる後方プレートと、前記前方プレートと前記後方プレートとを左右の端部でそれぞれ接続する一対の側方支持プレートと、該側方支持プレート上にスライド可能に搭載され前記スクリューの後端部が軸支される中間部材と、を備え、
前記側方支持プレートの上面には、前記中間部材をスライド移動させるように案内する案内部材が設けられ、前記側方支持プレートにおける前記案内部材が設けられた部分よりも外側の第1の領域には、前記案内部材が設けられている第2の領域よりも撓み変形し易い撓み緩衝部が設けられている、射出装置。 - 請求項1に記載の射出装置であって、
前記撓み緩衝部は、前記第2の領域よりも厚さが薄くなっている、射出装置。 - 請求項2に記載の射出装置であって、
前記側方支持プレートの少なくとも外面に凹部が形成されて、前記撓み緩衝部の厚さが前記第2の領域よりも薄くなっている、射出装置。 - 請求項3に記載の射出装置であって、
前記凹部が、前記側方支持プレートの幅方向に亘って連続的に設けられている、射出装置。 - 請求項1に記載の射出装置であって、
前記撓み緩衝部は、前記第2の領域の両外側の前記第1の領域にそれぞれ設けられている、射出装置。 - 請求項1に記載の射出装置であって、
前記側方支持プレートは、所定幅の本体部と、該本体部の長さ方向の端部に設けられて前記本体部よりも幅の広い幅広部と、を備えており、
前記撓み緩衝部は、前記本体部の前記幅広部との境界近傍に設けられている、射出装置。
