Claims (7)
- 機械を操作する携帯端末に取り付けられる安全スイッチ装置であって、
前記携帯端末を固定するように形成された固定機構と、
前記固定機構に支持され、作業者が手で握るための把持部と、
前記把持部に配置され、機械の動作を許可する信号を発信するための許可スイッチと、
機械を停止する信号を発信するための非常停止ボタンとを備え、
前記固定機構は、大きさが異なる複数の種類の前記携帯端末を固定できるように形成されており、
前記把持部は、前記携帯端末の重心位置に対応して前記携帯端末の背面の形状の中央部に配置されるように、前記固定機構に支持されており、
前記把持部は、長手方向を有し、
前記許可スイッチは、前記把持部の端面に配置され、前記長手方向に平行な方向に飛び出すように形成されている、安全スイッチ装置。 - 前記固定機構は、前記携帯端末の一方の端部に係合する第1の凹部を有する第1の支持部材と、
前記携帯端末の他方の端部に係合する第2の凹部を有する第2の支持部材と、
第1の支持部材に対して第2の支持部材を固定する固定部材と、を含み、
前記第2の支持部材は、前記第1の支持部材に対して摺動するように形成されており、
前記固定機構は、前記第1の支持部材と前記第2の支持部材とが前記携帯端末を挟むことにより、前記携帯端末を固定する、請求項1に記載の安全スイッチ装置。 - 前記把持部は、前記長手方向に垂直な方向に切断した時に、前記把持部の幅方向の中央線に対して対称な断面形状を有する、請求項1に記載の安全スイッチ装置。
- 機械を操作する携帯端末に取り付けられる安全スイッチ装置であって、
前記携帯端末を固定するように形成された固定機構と、
前記固定機構に支持され、作業者が手で握るための把持部と、
前記把持部に配置され、機械の動作を許可する信号を発信するための許可スイッチと、
機械を停止する信号を発信するための非常停止ボタンとを備え、
前記固定機構は、大きさが異なる複数の種類の前記携帯端末を固定できるように形成されており、
前記把持部は、前記携帯端末の重心位置に対応して前記携帯端末の背面の形状の中央部に配置されるように、前記固定機構に支持されており、
前記固定機構に固定された保護部材を含み、
前記保護部材は、安全スイッチ装置がケーブルにて前記携帯端末に接続された時に、前記ケーブルの周りに配置され、前記携帯端末から突出する前記ケーブルの高さよりも高くなるように形成されている、安全スイッチ装置。 - 前記把持部は、長手方向を有し、
作業者の手が前記把持部から離れる方向に移動することを防止する押え部材を備え、
前記押え部材は、前記押え部材と前記把持部との間に作業者の手が配置されるように、前記長手方向に沿って延びている、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の安全スイッチ装置。 - 前記固定機構および前記把持部のうち少なくとも一方は、側面に形成された窪み部を有し、
前記窪み部は、作業者が前記把持部を把持した時に人差し指、中指、薬指、および小指のうち少なくとも1つの指が係合する位置に形成されている、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の安全スイッチ装置。 - 請求項1又は4に記載の安全スイッチ装置と、
前記安全スイッチ装置に固定された前記携帯端末とを備える、機械の操作装置。
