・圧力制御に代えて変位量制御により、圧力‐容積/変位量関係を介して、往復ピストンを用いて圧力ビルドアップおよび圧力消失の双方において正確に圧力制御を行うことができる。
・流体圧回路における圧力情報を使用して、往復ピストンチャンバおよび(1つまたは複数の)減圧バルブを介して正確な圧力消失開ループ制御ないしは閉ループ制御を行うことができる。
・1つの回路K1または複数の回路K1+K2において、正確な圧力制御の多くの自由度を達成することができる(個別の圧力ビルドアップおよび圧力消失)。
・閉じ込められた圧力を維持するために切替弁を使用することにより、要求に応じた高エネルギー効率の圧力生成(オンデマンド圧力(Pressure-on-Demand))と、駆動装置の電流負荷軽減とを実現することができる。
・各供給路に設けられた電磁式切替弁によって負荷を投入および遮断することにより、たとえばクラッチ、ギアセレクタ等の複数の流体力学的負荷に、多重動作で(すなわち、主に往復ピストンによる圧力容積制御を介して複数の負荷において順次または半同時に圧力制御を行うことにより)供給することができる。
・連通バルブ(ShV)を介して2つの切替可能な流体力学的断面積によって電気モータの力ないしはトルクを低減することにより、モータ/動力伝達機構がダウンサイジングすることによって、非常にコンパクトである低コストの圧力容積および移送ユニットが実現されること、およびこれによって、より小型のモータと、当該モータに組み込まれるより低コストの台形スピンドルを使用することができる。
・流体圧システムの最適化の自由度が非常に高いこと(面倒な圧力消失制御方法の省略、複数のサーボモータの圧力センサ、電気的に作動される1つの流体圧源への複数の負荷の接続)。
・回路K1と回路K2とにおいて個別に行われる圧力ビルドアップ、
・回路K1と回路K2とにおいて共に行われる圧力ビルドアップ、
・回路K1と回路K2とにおいて個別に行われる圧力消失、
・回路K1と回路K2とにおいて共に行われる圧力消失、
・回路1における圧力ビルドアップと、回路2における圧力消失とを同時に行うこと、
・回路2における圧力ビルドアップと、回路1における圧力消失とを同時に行うこと。

Claims (1)
- 圧力生成装置を用いて、1つまたは複数の負荷の少なくとも2つの流体圧チャンバにおいて選択的に圧力ビルドアップと圧力消失とを行う方法であって、
前記圧力生成装置は、ピストンシリンダユニット(DE)を備えており、
前記ピストンシリンダユニット(DE)は、シリンダの2つの作動室(3a,3b)を互いに封止して分離する、両側に作用するピストン(1)を有し、
前記ピストン(1)は、2つの作用面(A1,A2)を有し、前記ピストン(1)の各作用面(A1,A2)は、それぞれ1つの作動室(3a,3b)を区切っており、
前記各作動室(3a,3b)は、それぞれ流体圧路(H3,H4)を介して1つの流体圧回路(K1,K2)に接続されており、
前記各流体圧回路(K1,K2)にはそれぞれ、負荷の少なくとも1つの流体圧チャンバが接続されており、
駆動装置(M)が前記ピストンシリンダユニット(DE)の前記ピストン(1)を駆動し、
双方の作動室(3a,3b)が流体圧路(H1,H2)を用いて、作動媒体のリザーバ(5)に連通されており、
一方または双方の前記流体圧路(H1,H2)に、前記流体圧路(H1,H2)を選択的に阻止または開路するための切替弁(PD1,PD2)が配置されており、
少なくとも1つの圧力センサ(7,7a)が、前記流体圧路(H3,H4)のうち少なくとも1つにおける圧力を測定し、
前記負荷のうちの少なくとも1つにおける圧力消失は、前記ピストン(1)の変位によって、前記負荷と前記リザーバ(5)との間の流体圧路に配置されたアウトレットバルブ(AV K1 ,AV K2 )の開弁によって、かつ/または、前記切替弁のうちの少なくとも1つの開弁によって行われ、
各切替弁(PD1,PD2)が開弁している状態において、前記作動媒体が、前記負荷のうち1つまたは複数から、前記各作動室(3a,3b)を介して、または、前記アウトレットバルブ(AV K1 ,AV K2 )を介して直接、前記リザーバ(5)内へ、前記負荷のうち1つまたは複数において圧力消失を行うために、弛緩ないしは流出することができ、
前記圧力生成装置は、前記ピストン(1)の変位量制御を用いて、一方の前記流体圧回路(K1,K2)の圧力ビルドアップを他方の前記流体圧回路(K1,K2)の圧力消失を行っている間に同時に行うことができ、
前記方法は、
前記ピストン(1)の圧力容積特性曲線に基づいて、前記ピストンのピストン変位量制御を介して、前記流体圧チャンバにおける圧力ビルドアップを制御し、
1つの作動室(3a,3b)、前記切替弁(PD1,PD2)、および/または、前記アウトレットバルブ(AVi)を介して前記圧力生成装置のピストン変位量制御によって、流体圧回路(K1またはK2)の少なくとも1つの流体圧チャンバ(V1k,V1k1,V1k2,V2k、V3k、V4k)における圧力消失を、前記ピストン(1)の前進ストロークまたは後退ストロークにおいて行い、かつ、少なくとも一時的に同時に、前記圧力生成装置(DE)の第2の作動室(3b,3a)は、第2の回路(K2またはK1)内の他の流体圧チャンバ(V1k,V1k1,V1k2,V2k、V3k、V4k)に圧力を印加する
ことを特徴とする方法。
