Claims (8)
- 水のオゾン処理のためのセルであって、
膜によって分離されて、前記膜に水が流れることを可能にする穴の配列をそれぞれが有する陰極及び陽極と、
前記セルを封入し前記膜によって分離された陰極ハウジング部分及び陽極ハウジング部分を有するハウジングと、を備え、
前記陰極ハウジング部分が、第1の入口と第1の出口と前記第1の入口及び前記第1の出口の間に規定された第1の流れ径路とを有し、前記陰極を横切る水の流れを可能にするように構成され、
前記陽極ハウジング部分が、第2の入口と第2の出口と前記第2の入口及び前記第2の出口の間に規定された第2の流れ径路とを有し、前記陽極を横切る水の流れを可能にして前記陽極から流れるオゾン水を生成するように構成され、さらに、前記第2の流れ径路からのオゾン水の少なくとも一部が該ハウジングに一体化されたオゾン濃度検出器を通って流れ前記第2の流れ径路に戻ることを可能にするように構成され、前記陰極ハウジング部分が前記陰極を包み、前記陽極ハウジング部分が前記陽極を包み、前記オゾン濃度検出器が分光光度計であり、
前記ハウジングの第1および第2の入口ポートと第1および第2の出口ポートとが、前記第1および第2の入口と前記第1および第2の出口にそれぞれ接続され、前記ハウジングの両部分を個別に水が流れることを可能にし、
前記オゾン濃度検出器を流れる前記オゾン水から気泡を除去する気泡トラップをさらに備えている、
ことを特徴とするセル。 - 前記分光光度計が、前記オゾン水を収容するキュベットを通して前記キュベット内のオゾン水を通過する光を光検出器に光を差し向けるフォトダイオードを備えている、
請求項1に記載のセル。 - 前記陰極は、金でめっきされたステンレス鋼で形成され、前記陽極は、少なくとも一方の側面がホウ素でドープされたダイヤモンド層で覆われたニオブで形成され、前記膜はパーフルオロスルホン酸(PFSA)膜である、
請求項1に記載のセル。 - 前記フォトダイオードは255nmの波長の光を放出するLEDであり、前記光検出器は、前記LEDの前記波長に適合する、
請求項2に記載のセル。 - 前記気泡トラップは、前記陽極からの前記オゾン水の一部分のみから気泡を除去し、前記部分を前記分光光度計に向ける、
請求項2に記載のセル。 - 前記キュベットは石英で形成される、
請求項2に記載のセル。 - 前記気泡トラップは、フローバッフルを含むチャンバを含み、前記フローバッフルは、前記チャンバを通る前記オゾン水の流れを低速にして前記オゾン水の流れの幅を広げる、
請求項2に記載のセル。 - 前記気泡トラップは、下端部及び上端部を有するU字型チャンバを含み、前記オゾン水は、前記陽極から前記U字型チャンバの第1の側の前記下端部に流入して、前記上端部における出口開口部まで上昇し、ここでオゾン水の一部分が前記U字型チャンバの第2の側をオリフィスまで下向きに流れ、前記オリフィスは、前記部分を前記分光光度計のキュベットの第1の端部に向ける、
