Claims (4)
- 潤滑油と共にキャリアに収容されて入力ギアを一対の車軸に脱連結可能に連結するデファレンシャル装置であって、
前記軸の周りに並び前記入力ギアに噛合する歯列を備えたリングギアと、
前記リングギアに結合して前記軸の周りに回転可能なアウタケースと、
前記アウタケースに対して相対的に前記軸の周りに回転可能であって、前記軸の方向にドッグ歯を立てられた一端を有するインナケースと、
前記インナケースに支持され、前記一対の車軸に結合して前記車軸間の差動を許容するデファレンシャルギア組と、
前記アウタケースに係合し、前記インナケースを前記アウタケースに対して回り止めするべく前記ドッグ歯と脱連結可能に連結するクラッチ部材と、
前記アウタケースを貫通して外面に開口する貫通孔であって、前記ドッグ歯を前記アウタケースから径方向に外方に露出させるべく配置された貫通孔と、
を備え、
前記貫通孔は前記歯列が生ずる前記潤滑油の流れに浴する領域に沿って配置されているデファレンシャル装置であって、
少なくとも前記ドッグ歯と前記クラッチ部材とが連結したときに前記貫通孔から露出するべく配置された、前記アウタケースの外部と前記インナケースの内部とを連通する連通孔を、さらに備え、
前記連通孔は前記インナケースと前記クラッチ部材との何れか一以上に開けられた複数の穴を含み、前記複数の穴の少なくとも一が前記貫通孔から露出するべく前記複数の穴は配置されているデファレンシャル装置。 - 請求項1のデファレンシャル装置であって、前記歯列は前記軸に対して傾いたベベルギア歯列である。
- 請求項1のデファレンシャル装置であって、前記クラッチ部材は前記ドッグ歯と連結する第2のドッグ歯を備え、前記第2のドッグ歯は前記ドッグ歯と連結したときにも前記連通孔となる隙間を保持するべく寸法づけられている。
- 請求項1のデファレンシャル装置であって、前記貫通孔は前記領域に沿って前記アウタケースの周方向に延びた長円形、楕円形、および長方形の何れかである。
