Description
本出願は、「PHOTOLUMINESCENCE LAYER LIGHT EMITTING DEVICE」と題された2019年3月18日出願の米国仮出願第62/820,249号、及び「PACKAGED WHITE LIGHT EMITTING DEVICES COMPRISING PHOTOLUMINESCENCE LAYERED STRUCTURE」と題された2019年8月13日出願の米国仮出願第62/886,317号の優先権の利益を主張するものであり、これらの各々は、それらの全体が参照により本明細書に組み込まれる。

Claims (15)
- 発光パッケージであって、
440nmから470nmまでのドミナント波長を有する励起光を生成するための固体励起源と、
層状光ルミネセンス構造体であって、
第1の光ルミネセンス層であって、前記第1の光ルミネセンス層の総光ルミネセンス材料含有量の75重量%~100重量%のマンガン活性化フッ化物光ルミネセンス材料を含む、第1の光ルミネセンス層、及び
500nmから650nmまでの範囲のピーク放出波長を有する光を生成するための光ルミネセンス材料を含む第2の光ルミネセンス層を含む、層状光ルミネセンス構造体と、を備え、
前記第2の光ルミネセンス層が、前記第1の光ルミネセンス層上に配設され、前記第1の光ルミネセンス層と直接接触し、前記第1の光ルミネセンス層が、前記固体励起源に隣接して配設され、前記固体励起源と直接接触し、
前記マンガン活性化フッ化物光ルミネセンス材料が、前記発光パッケージの総光ルミネセンス材料含有量の約30重量%~45重量%を構成する、発光パッケージ。 - 前記第1の光ルミネセンス層が、前記第1の光ルミネセンス層の総光ルミネセンス材料含有量の90重量%~100重量%の前記マンガン活性化フッ化物光ルミネセンス材料、及び前記第1の光ルミネセンス層の総光ルミネセンス材料含有量の95重量%~100重量%の前記マンガン活性化フッ化物光ルミネセンス材料のうちの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項1に記載の発光パッケージ。
- 前記第1の光ルミネセンス層が、前記固体励起源の少なくとも発光面上の均一な厚さの層、実質的にコンフォーマルなコーティング層、略半球状コーティング層、略ドーム形状コーティング層のうちの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項1又は2に記載の発光パッケージ。

- 前記第2の光ルミネセンス層が、500nmから565nmまでのピーク放出波長を有する光を生成するための第1の光ルミネセンス材料と、600nmから650nmまでのピーク放出波長を有する光を生成するための第2の光ルミネセンス材料との混合物を含む、請求項1~11のいずれか一項に記載の発光パッケージ。
- 請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の発光パッケージであって、
ディスプレイバックライトパッケージを備え、
前記固体励起源が445nmから465nmまでのドミナント波長を有する励起光を生成し、
前記第2の光ルミネセンス層が、520nmから550nmまでのピーク放出波長を有する光を生成する光ルミネセンス材料を含む、
発光パッケージ。 - 前記第2の光ルミネセンス層内の前記光ルミネセンス材料が、β-SiAlON、又は一般組成及び結晶構造(Ba,Sr,Ca)Ga2S4:Euのユーロピウム活性化硫化物蛍光体を含む、請求項13に記載の発光パッケージ。
- チップスケールパッケージ化発光デバイスを含む、請求項1~14のいずれか一項に記載の発光パッケージ。
