Claims (11)
- 電極引出孔を有するトップカバープレートと、
前記電極引出孔を覆う電極端子と、
前記トップカバープレートと前記電極端子との間に設けられているシールリングと、
互いに接続されたベース部及び突出部を有する下部絶縁部材と、
互いに接続された本体部及び延在部を有する集電体と、
前記本体部と前記ベース部との間に設けられている支持部材と、
を含み、
前記ベース部は、前記トップカバープレートの下側に位置し、前記ベース部の厚さは、0.01mm~10cmであり、
前記突出部は、少なくとも一部が前記電極引出孔に設けられており、
前記本体部は、前記ベース部の下方に位置し、
前記延在部は、前記電極引出孔内に挿入され、且つ、前記電極端子に接続されている、
二次電池。 - 前記電極引出孔の径方向に沿って、前記支持部材と前記延在部とは、間隔を隔てて配置されており、及び/又は、
前記電極引出孔の径方向に沿って、前記本体部における前記延在部から離れた外周面は、前記支持部材における前記延在部から離れた外周面を超えている、
請求項1に記載の二次電池。 - 前記二次電池は、電極アセンブリをさらに含み、
前記電極アセンブリは、前記本体部に接続された電極タブを有し、
前記本体部及び前記電極タブは、接続領域を形成し、
前記電極引出孔の径方向に沿って、前記支持部材は、前記接続領域と間隔を隔てて配置されている、
請求項1又は2に記載の二次電池。 - 前記本体部は、溶断構造を有し、
前記二次電池は、前記溶断構造の外部に嵌設されたプラスチック部材をさらに含み、
前記プラスチック部材における前記本体部と前記ベース部との間に設けられた部分は、前記電極引出孔の軸方向に沿った厚さが前記支持部材における前記軸方向に沿った厚さ以下である、
請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の二次電池。 - 前記本体部における前記トップカバープレートに背向する一側に収容部が配置されており、
前記電極タブは、前記収容部に収容され、且つ、前記本体部に接続されている、
請求項3に記載の二次電池。 - 前記支持部材と前記本体部は一体式構造であるか、又は、前記支持部材と前記ベース部は一体式構造である、
請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の二次電池。 - 前記支持部材と前記本体部は分離式構造であるか、又は、前記支持部材と前記ベース部は分離式構造である、
請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の二次電池。 - 前記支持部材は、弾性構造体であり、
前記電極引出孔の軸方向に沿って、前記支持部材の自由状態での厚さは、前記本体部と前記ベース部との間の間隔以上である、
請求項7に記載の二次電池。 - 前記支持部材の剛度は、前記シールリングの剛度より小さい、
請求項8に記載の二次電池。 - 前記シールリングは、少なくとも一部が前記突出部と前記電極端子との間に設けられており、
前記電極引出孔の軸方向において、前記シールリング、前記突出部及び前記支持部材の投影は、少なくとも部分的に重なり、
前記突出部は、前記シールリングと密封接続されている、
請求項1乃至9のいずれか一項に記載の二次電池。 - 前記突出部は、前記シールリングに面する傾斜面を有し、
前記シールリングは、傾斜面に接触して密封し、
前記軸方向に沿って、前記シールリングにおける前記傾斜面と前記電極端子との間に位置する部分は、圧縮量が5%~60%である、
請求項10に記載の二次電池。
