Claims (3)
- マイクロ波照射装置と、
マイクロ波照射装置から発振されるマイクロ波をTM0n0モード(nは1以上の整数)で共振させる円筒空胴共振器と、
前記円筒空胴共振器内の電界強度が極大となる位置に、前記円筒空胴共振器の軸方向と平行に貫通して配置され、アンモニアガスを通過させる反応管と、
前記反応管内に充填され、アンモニアガスを分解して水素ガスを製造する貴金属からなる金属粒子を用いた水素製造用触媒(ただし、遷移金属及びその酸化物からなる群から選ばれる1種以上を含む場合を除く。)と、を備え、
前記マイクロ波照射装置から発振されるマイクロ波は、ループアンテナを介して前記円筒空胴共振器内に入射される水素製造装置。 - 前記円筒空胴共振器は、前記マイクロ波をTM010モードで共振させる請求項1に記載の水素製造装置。
- 前記水素製造用触媒の誘電損失係数は、前記反応管を形成する材料の誘電損失係数よりも大きい請求項1又は2に記載の水素製造装置。
