Claims (11)
- 運搬装置を用いて機器の測定領域を通って運ばれる対象物(26)を検出するための機器であって、前記対象物(26)の外部輪郭の上にギガヘルツまたはテラヘルツの範囲の周波数を伴う測定放射を放出するための伝送装置と、前記対象物(26)により反射された前記測定放射を受信するための受信装置とを備え、前記測定放射に対して透明な、ガスに対して透過性の保護メッシュ(24)は、一方の側にある伝送装置および/または受信装置と、他方の側にある測定領域との間に配置され、フラッシング装置(30)を提供して、フラッシングガスで前記保護メッシュ(24)を洗い流し、前記受信装置から得た測定値を適用する、前記測定値に基づき前記対象物(26)の直径および/または壁厚および/または前記外部輪郭を決定するように設計された評価装置(20)も提供し、前記評価装置(20)は、前記受信装置が測定した放射強度が変化するとき、前記フラッシング装置(30)を活動化して、前記フラッシングガスで前記保護メッシュ(24)を間欠的に、および/または連続的に洗い流すように設計されることを特徴とする機器。
- 前記伝送装置および前記受信装置は、トランシーバ(16)により形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の機器。
- 前記保護メッシュ(24)は、ガラス繊維織物により形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の機器。
- 前記伝送装置および前記受信装置は、筐体(10)内に配列され、前記保護メッシュ(24)は、前記測定領域の方を向く筐体開口部(22)を閉じることを特徴とする、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の機器。
- 前記フラッシング装置(30)は、測定前、測定中、および/または測定後に前記フラッシングガスで前記保護メッシュ(24)を連続的に洗い流すように設計されることを特徴とする、請求項1~4に記載の機器。
- 前記フラッシング装置(30)は、前記測定前、前記測定中、および/または前記測定後に前記フラッシングガスで前記保護メッシュ(24)を間欠的に洗い流すように設計されることを特徴とする、請求項1~5に記載の機器。
- 前記測定放射を偏向させる反射鏡(34)を、一方の側にある前記伝送装置および/または前記受信装置と、他方の側にある前記測定領域との間に配列することを特徴とする、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の機器。
- 前記反射鏡(34)は、前記保護メッシュ(24)と前記測定領域の間に配列されることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の機器。
- 方法であって、請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の機器を使用して対象物(26)を検出するための方法。
- 前記対象物(26)は、前記対象物(26)のための製造ラインの下流にある冷却ラインの領域内で検出されることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1つの伝送装置および/または少なくとも1つの受信装置は、測定中に前記対象物の下に配列されることを特徴とする、請求項9または10に記載の方法。
