Description
アルキルベンゼン(A):炭素数1~19のアルキル基を1~4個有し、かつそのアルキル基の合計炭素数が9~19であるアルキルベンゼン(より好ましくは、炭素数1~15のアルキル基を1~4個有し、かつアルキル基の合計炭素数が9~15であるアルキルベンゼン)。
アルキルベンゼン(B):炭素数1~40のアルキル基を1~4個有し、かつそのアルキル基の合計炭素数が20~40であるアルキルベンゼン(より好ましくは、炭素数1~30のアルキル基を1~4個有し、かつアルキル基の合計炭素数が20~30であるアルキルベンゼン)。
基油1:ナフテン原油からの減圧留出油をフルフラール抽出、水素化精製により精製した基油
基油2:パラフィン原油からの減圧留出油をフルフラール抽出により精製した基油
基油3:ナフテン原油からの減圧留出油をフルフラール抽出、水素化精製により精製した基油
基油4:ナフテン原油からの減圧留出油をフルフラール抽出、水素化精製により精製した基油
基油5:分岐型アルキルベンゼンA
基油6:分岐型アルキルベンゼンB
基油7:直鎖型アルキルベンゼン
基油8:石油系ワックスを水素化分解・異性化処理し、得られた基油
基油9:ポリα-オレフィン
基油10:パラフィン原油からの減圧留出油をフルフラール抽出、水素化精製により精製した基油
添加剤1:グリシジルネオデカノエート
添加剤2:トリフェニルホスホロチオエート
添加剤3:トリクレジルホスフェート
添加剤4:2,6-ジ-tert.-ブチル-p-クレゾール
JIS K2211:2009「冷凍機油」の「冷媒との相溶性試験方法」に準拠して、シス-1-クロロ-2,3,3,3-テトラフルオロプロペン(HCFO-1224yf(Z))冷媒10gに対して冷凍機油を10g配合し、冷媒と冷凍機油とが0℃において相互に溶解しているかを観察した。表中、冷媒と冷凍機油とが0℃において相互に溶解しているものを「相溶」、分離しているものを「分離」と記した。
JIS K2211:2009「冷凍機油」の「冷媒との相溶性試験方法」に準拠して、実施例2及び4の各冷凍機油と、シス-1-クロロ-2,3,3,3-テトラフルオロプロペン(HCFO-1224yf(Z))冷媒とを、質量比10:90(冷凍機油:冷媒)で混合した混合物について、20℃から-40℃まで徐々に冷却し、相分離又は白濁した温度を二層分離温度とした。その結果、二層分離温度は、実施例2:12℃、実施例4:-18℃であった。
Claims (3)
- 炭化水素系基油と添加剤とを含有し、120以下の粘度指数を有し、1-クロロ-2,3,3,3-テトラフルオロプロペン冷媒と共に用いられ、
前記炭化水素系基油が10~75の%C N を有し、
前記添加剤はエポキシ化合物を含む、冷凍機油。 - 前記炭化水素系基油が120以下の粘度指数を有する、請求項1に記載の冷凍機油。
- 前記添加剤は、前記エポキシ化合物以外の酸捕捉剤、酸化防止剤、極圧剤、油性剤、消泡剤、金属不活性化剤、摩耗防止剤、粘度指数向上剤、流動点降下剤、清浄分散剤、摩擦調整剤及び防錆剤からなる群より選ばれる少なくとも1種の添加剤を更に含有する、請求項1又は2に記載の冷凍機油。
