Claims (9)
- 複数のバッテリを接続するように適合されたバッテリ接続モジュールであって、該バッテリ接続モジュールが、
複数のバッテリを直列に接続するために使用される複数の母線と、
単層配線フレキシブル回路基板であって、該単層配線フレキシブル回路基板が、該単層配線フレキシブル回路基板の前端部分に位置付けられた複数のコネクタ接続点及び複数のトレースを有し、該複数のトレースの前端部が、前記複数のコネクタ接続点にそれぞれ接続され、前記複数のトレースのうちのいくつかの後端部接続点が、複数の母線に電気的及び機械的に接続され、前記複数のトレースが、少なくとも1つの囲みトレース及び少なくとも1つの囲まれトレースを含み、前記囲みトレースが、前記少なくとも1つの囲まれトレースの一方の側から前記少なくとも1つの囲まれトレースの他方の側まで巡るように、前記囲まれトレースの後端部接続点の周りを巡る、単層配線フレキシブル回路基板と、を備える、バッテリ接続モジュール。 - 前記単層配線フレキシブル回路基板が、複数の母線に対応し、かつ対応するトレースの後端部接続点がそれぞれ提供された、複数の側方延長支持アームを更に有し、前記囲みトレースが、前記囲まれトレースの後端部接続点の周りを巡るように、前記囲まれトレースに対応する側方延長支持アームの上へ延在している、請求項1に記載のバッテリ接続モジュール。
- 前記対応するトレースの後端部接続点及び複数の母線が、導電性ピースによってそれぞれ接続され、前記囲みトレースが、前記囲まれトレースの後端部接続点と接続された導電性ピースに接触しない、請求項2に記載のバッテリ接続モジュール。
- 前記導電性ピースが、上向きにアーチ状になったアーチング部分を有し、前記囲みトレースが、前記アーチング部分の下側を通る、請求項3に記載のバッテリ接続モジュール。
- ブリッジ型延長ピースが、前記単層配線フレキシブル回路基板上に一体的に構築され、前記ブリッジ型延長ピースが、少なくとも1つの囲まれトレースの後端部接続点を跨ぐように巡り、前記囲みトレースが、前記ブリッジ型延長ピースへと延在し、該ブリッジ型延長ピースによって前記囲まれトレースの後端部接続点の周りを巡る、請求項1に記載のバッテリ接続モジュール。
- 前記ブリッジ型延長ピースの少なくとも2つの端部が、前記単層配線フレキシブル回路基板に接続され、前記ブリッジ型延長ピース及び単層配線フレキシブル回路基板が、一緒になって中空領域を画定し、前記ブリッジ型延長ピース及び単層配線フレキシブル回路基板が接続される場所は、前記ブリッジ型延長ピースを折り畳み、前記単層配線フレキシブル回路基板を覆うように、折り畳むことができる、請求項5に記載のバッテリ接続モジュール。
- 前記単層配線フレキシブル回路基板が、複数の母線に対応し、かつ対応するトレースの後端部接続点がそれぞれ提供された複数の側方延長支持アームを更に有し、前記ブリッジ型延長ピースが、少なくとも1つの囲まれトレースの後端部接続点が提供された少なくとも1つの側方延長支持アームの外側を跨ぐように巡る、請求項6に記載のバッテリ接続モジュール。
- 前記単層配線フレキシブル回路基板が、温度センサと接続するように適合された少なくとも1つのトレースを更に有する、請求項1に記載のバッテリ接続モジュール。
- 前記バッテリ接続モジュールが、載置トレイを更に備え、前記単層配線フレキシブル回路基板及び複数の母線が、前記載置トレイに装着されている、請求項1に記載のバッテリ接続モジュール。
