Claims (3)
- 正極と負極を交互に配置した複数の電池の隣接する正極と負極を接続して前記複数の電池を直列接続する複数のバスバと、該各バスバにそれぞれ接続される複数の電圧検出端子と、該各電圧検出端子にそれぞれ接続される複数の電線と、前記バスバを固定する固定部と前記電線を収容する配線路が形成された絶縁プレートを備え、
前記絶縁プレートは、前記配線路の底板と側壁を延在させて前記絶縁プレートから突出させて形成された前記電線の引出部と、該引出部の底板から突出させた舌片を備え、該舌片と前記複数の電線に巻付部材を巻き付けて前記電線を前記舌片に束ねて固定するバスバモジュールにおいて、
前記舌片は、前記引出部の側壁の反対方向に折り曲げられてなることを特徴とするバスバモジュール。 - 請求項1に記載のバスバモジュールにおいて、
前記舌片は、前記引出部の底板を前記絶縁プレートに向けて切り込んだ切り込みの最奥部の底板から突出させて形成されてなることを特徴とするバスバモジュール。 - 請求項2に記載のバスバモジュールにおいて、
前記舌片の基部は、減肉されてなることを特徴とするバスバモジュール。
