Description
Claims (10)
- セラミックコーティングが施された金属テープを処理するためのロールツーロール装置であって、該ロールツーロール装置は、
固定軸位置を持つ少なくとも2つのロールと、テープ位置および/または張力を調整するための可変軸位置を持つ少なくとも1つのロールと、を有し、
前記可変軸位置を持つ前記ロールの軸は、前記金属テープの移動方向を中心に傾斜するように構成され、
前記ロールの位置と直径は、前記ロールが前記金属テープの片側からのみ接触し、かつ、前記金属テープが0.15%を超えて引き伸ばされないように、全ての点で前記金属テープの応力を制限するように調整される、ロールツーロール装置。 - 前記可変軸位置を持つ前記ロールの周りの巻き付け角度が、90°未満である、請求項1に記載のロールツーロール装置。
- 前記固定軸位置を持つ前記ロールの直径が、少なくとも5cmである、請求項1又は2に記載のロールツーロール装置。
- 前記可変軸位置を持つ前記ロールの直径が、少なくとも5cmである、請求項1から3の何れか1項に記載のロールツーロール装置。
- 前記装置が、少なくとも4cmの幅を有する金属テープの処理に適合されている、請求項1から4の何れか1項に記載のロールツーロール装置。
- 前記可変軸位置を持つ前記ロールと前記固定軸位置を持つ最も近接する前記ロールとの間の距離が、前記装置に適合する前記金属テープの幅の少なくとも2倍である、請求項1から5の何れか1項に記載のロールツーロール装置。
- 前記装置は、固定軸位置を持つ少なくとも3つのロールを含む、請求項1から6の何れか1項に記載のロールツーロール装置。
- 前記装置が、可変軸位置を持つ少なくとも2つのロールを含む、請求項1から7の何れか1項に記載のロールツーロール装置。
- 請求項1から8の何れか1項に記載の装置の、金属テープの処理のための使用。
- 前記金属テープが、金属基材、少なくとも1つの緩衝層、および少なくとも1つの超伝導体層を含む超伝導体テープである、請求項9に記載の使用。
