Claims (5)
- 第1ベース材が付着された金箔生地から金箔を分離し、分離された金箔を第2ベース材に付着する金箔加工装置であって、
前記金箔生地を水溶液に浸漬して金箔から前記第1ベース材を沈降させて分離し、前記水溶液表面に浮遊状態で残された金箔に前記第2ベース材を付着させる金箔付着部と、
前記金箔生地を前記金箔付着部に移送する金箔生地移送部と、を含み、
前記金箔付着部は、
前記水溶液を収容する水槽と、
前記金箔生地移送部から提供を受けた前記金箔生地を収容するトレーと、
前記水溶液に超音波を印加する超音波発生器と、を含むことを特徴とする金箔加工装置。 - 前記金箔生地移送部は、
前記金箔生地を収納する生地保管部と、
前記金箔生地を前記生地保管部から引き出して前記水槽に移送するための生地移送機と、を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の金箔加工装置。 - 前記金箔生地移送部は、
前記金箔生地から分離された前記第1ベース材を回収するための第1ベース材回収部をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の金箔加工装置。 - 第1ベース材が付着された金箔生地から金箔を分離し、分離された金箔を第2ベース材に付着する方法であって、
前記金箔生地を水溶液に浸漬して前記金箔は表面に浮遊させ、前記第1ベース材は沈降させて分離するステップと、
前記水溶液表面に浮遊状態で残された金箔に前記第2ベース材を付着させるステップと、を含み、
前記第1ベース材と前記金箔との分離は超音波によってなされることを特徴とする金箔加工方法。 - 前記第2ベース材を付着させるステップは、
前記第2ベース材を水溶液に投入して前記金箔と接近させて接触させた後、前記第2ベース材を上昇させることにより、前記金箔が前記第2ベース材に付着されながら一緒に引き上がるようにすることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の金箔加工方法。
