Claims (15)
- 両側が開放し、一体の管状に形成されたハウジングと、
互いに離隔して高さ方向に積層され、前記ハウジングの内部に収容された複数個のチューブと、
前記複数個のチューブの長さ方向の両端部に嵌合し、外側周面がハウジングの内側面に接触した第1ヘッダおよび第2ヘッダと、
前記複数個のチューブに嵌合し、外側周面がハウジングの内側面に接触したバッフルをさらに含み、
前記ハウジングは、チューブが積層された高さ方向の面から内側に凸状にバッフル接合部が突出形成され、
前記バッフルは、前記バッフル接合部に対応する長さ方向の位置に配置され、バッフル接合部に接触して接合され、
前記複数個のチューブは、積層される方向の面から接合突起が突出形成され、前記接合突起がハウジングの内側面に接触し、
前記ハウジングは、チューブが積層された高さ方向の面から内側に凸状に段差が形成され、
前記段差に対応する長さ方向の位置にチューブの接合突起が配置され、前記接合突起がハウジングの段差に接触し、
前記ハウジングは、段差を基準として長さ方向にバッフル接合部が形成された側にはハウジングの内側に突出して前記接合突起と接触する部分がないことを特徴とする熱交換器。 - 前記ハウジングは、バッフル接合部とバッフル接合部の前方側ハウジングをラウンド状に連結するガイド部が形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記バッフル接合部が形成された部分で高さ方向にハウジングの内側距離は、バッフルの高さより小さく形成されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記ハウジングは、チューブが積層された高さ方向の面から内側に凸状に段差が形成され、
前記バッフルは、前記段差に係止される長さ方向の位置に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の熱交換器。 - 前記ハウジングは、チューブが積層された高さ方向の面から内側に凸状にバッフル接合部が突出形成され、前記バッフルは、前記バッフル接合部に対応する長さ方向の位置に配置され、バッフル接合部に接触し、
前記バッフル接合部の突出高さが前記段差の突出高さより低く形成されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の熱交換器。 - 前記ハウジングは、チューブが積層された高さ方向の面から内側に凸状に支持突起が形成され、
前記支持突起に対応する長さ方向の位置にチューブの接合突起が配置され、前記接合突起がハウジングの支持突起に接触することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の熱交換器。 - 前記ハウジングは、段差を基準として長さ方向の一側にハウジングの外側に凸状に複数個の補強リブが突出形成され、前記補強リブは、幅より長さが長く形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記複数個のチューブに嵌合され、外側周面がハウジングの内側面に接触したバッフルをさらに含み、前記ハウジングは、チューブが積層された高さ方向の面から内側に凸状にバッフル接合部が突出形成され、前記バッフルは、前記バッフル接合部に対応する長さ方向の位置に配置され、バッフル接合部に接触して接合され、
前記補強リブは、長さ方向にバッフル接合部の前方に形成されることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の熱交換器。 - 前記チューブには、長さ方向にバッフルの位置を固定可能なバッフルストッパが突出形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記チューブには、長さ方向に第1ヘッダおよび第2ヘッダがチューブに嵌められる位置を制限可能なヘッダストッパが突出形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記バッフルは、
高さ方向に沿って形成された支持部と、前記支持部から幅方向に延設され、高さ方向に互いに離隔して配置された複数個の延長部とを含み、
前記延長部は、チューブの間および高さ方向に最外側チューブの外側にそれぞれ配置され、前記支持部は、チューブの幅方向の側面に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の熱交換器。 - 前記支持部および高さ方向に最外側チューブの外側に配置された延長部からそれぞれ長さ方向に折り曲げ部が延設され、前記折り曲げ部がハウジングの内側面に接触することを特徴とする請求項11に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記ハウジングは、長さ方向の一側の高さ方向の一面に排気ガスが流入される排気ガス流入口が形成され、長さ方向の他側の高さ方向の一面に排気ガスが排出される排気ガス排出口が形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記排気ガス流入口および排気ガス排出口は、ハウジングの長さ方向の中央部を基準として両側が非対称に形成されることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記ハウジングは、幅方向の一面に冷却水が流入される冷却水流入口および冷却水が排出される冷却水排出口が形成され、
前記冷却水流入口および冷却水排出口は、高さ方向に互いに離隔して形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の熱交換器。
