Claims (7)
- 容器、マンドレル、巻回されたまたは折り畳まれた少なくとも1つの連続的なセパレータ材料シート、及び、2以上の別個の電極、を備えるエネルギー蓄積デバイスであって、
前記容器が、少なくとも1つの内壁及びベースによって画成された内部空間を備え、
前記マンドレルが、長手方向軸を備え、前記容器内に位置付けられており、それにより、前記長手方向軸が、前記内部空間及び前記ベースを通過し、
前記セパレータ材料シートが、前記マンドレルの周囲に配設されており、複数の別個のセパレータ層を形成し、前記セパレータ層が、前記長手方向軸に垂直なパッケージ方向で間隔をあけており、
少なくとも1つの前記電極が、別個の前記セパレータ層それぞれの間の空間を占めるように設けられており、前記マンドレルが、前記長手方向軸の長さに沿って延在する少なくとも1つの中空柱を有し、
前記マンドレルは、第1マンドレル面と腕体とを有し、
前記長手方向軸に対し垂直な断面において、前記第1マンドレル面は湾曲しており、前記腕体はほぼ平坦であり、前記第1マンドレル面の一端は前記腕体の一端に接続されており、前記第1マンドレル面の他端は前記腕体に接続されておらず、
前記マンドレルが、第2マンドレル面を有しており、
前記マンドレルの前記第2マンドレル面が、湾曲しており、前記マンドレルの長手方向に対する前記マンドレルの横断面が、楕円状を有しており、
前記容器の少なくとも1つの壁が、前記マンドレルの湾曲面に対向する凹状内面を有している、
エネルギー蓄積デバイス。 - 前記容器が、シリンダ状であり、前記マンドレルが、巻回軸に沿う楕円状の横断面を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のエネルギー蓄積デバイス。
- 前記セパレータ材料シートが、前記マンドレルの周りに巻回されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のエネルギー蓄積デバイス。
- 前記電極のうちの少なくとも1つが、前記容器の前記ベースに溶接するためのタブを有することを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載のエネルギー蓄積デバイス。
- 前記マンドレルの前記長手方向軸が、前記容器の前記ベースの中心部と位置合わせされていることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載のエネルギー蓄積デバイス。
- 前記マンドレルが、前記長手方向軸に垂直な前記パッケージ方向に収縮可能であることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載のエネルギー蓄積デバイス。
- 前記少なくとも1つのセパレータ材料シート及び前記2以上の別個の電極を備える組立体が、2以上の別個の陽極と、2以上の別個の陰極と、を備えることを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載のエネルギー蓄積デバイス。
