また、第2トラック溝の接触角が第1トラック溝の接触角よりも大きいので、凹の曲線状の第2トラック溝に対するボールの移動距離を直線状の第1トラック溝に対するボールの移動距離に近づけることができ、ボールのすべりを低減することができる。
また、第2トラック溝の接触角が第1トラック溝の接触角よりも大きいので、トルクを受けるのに適した接触角が得られる。

Claims (10)
- 内面に第1トラック溝を有する外側部材と、
外面に第2トラック溝を有する内側部材と、
前記外側部材に対して前記内側部材が傾斜するのを許容するように、前記第1トラック溝と前記第2トラック溝との間に配置されるボールと、を備えるスプライン構造において、
前記第1トラック溝の、少なくとも一部の長さ方向に沿う底部が、直線状であり、
前記第2トラック溝の、少なくとも一部の長さ方向に沿う底部が、凹の曲線状であり、
前記第1トラック溝の少なくとも一部と前記第2トラック溝の少なくとも一部との間に前記ボールが挟まれ、
前記第2トラック溝の接触角が前記第1トラック溝の接触角よりも大きいスプライン構造。 - 前記ボールの位置が前記第1トラック溝と前記第2トラック溝とによって定まり、
前記外側部材と前記内側部材との間に前記ボールを保持するための保持器が設けられていないことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のスプライン構造。 - 前記曲線が円弧であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のスプライン構造。
- 前記第2トラック溝の中心が、前記内側部材の歳差運動中心を通り、前記内側部材の軸線に直交する平面内に位置することを特徴とする請求項3に記載のスプライン構造。
- 請求項1ないし4のいずれか1項に記載のスプライン構造と、第1冠ギヤと、前記第1冠ギヤに対向する第2冠ギヤと、前記第1冠ギヤが前記第2冠ギヤに噛み合うように前記第1冠ギヤを前記第2冠ギヤに対して傾斜させ、かつ噛み合う箇所が移動するように前記第1冠ギヤを歳差運動させるカム部と、を備えることを特徴とする減速又は増速装置。
- 請求項1ないし4のいずれか1項に記載のスプライン構造を備えることを特徴とする等速ジョイント。
- 前記外側部材には、前記第1冠ギヤが一体に形成され、及び/又は前記カム部と前記第1冠ギヤとの間に介在する転動体が転動する転動体転走部が一体に形成されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の減速又は増速装置。
- 第1冠ギヤと、前記第1冠ギヤに対向する第2冠ギヤと、前記第1冠ギヤが前記第2冠ギヤに噛み合うように前記第1冠ギヤを前記第2冠ギヤに対して傾斜させ、かつ噛み合う箇所が移動するように前記第1冠ギヤを歳差運動させ、入力軸又は出力軸に連結されるカム部と、前記カム部と前記第1冠ギヤとの間に介在する転動体と、を備える減速又は増速装置において、
前記カム部は、前記入力軸又は前記出力軸に連結される第1部材と、前記転動体が転走する転動体転走部を有し、前記第1部材に対して相対回転不可能な鉄鋼製の第2部材と、を有し、
前記第1部材の少なくとも一部の比重が前記第2部材よりも小さい減速又は増速装置。 - 前記第1部材の少なくとも一部が樹脂製又は軽金属製であることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の減速又は増速装置。
- 前記第2部材は、前記第1部材が嵌められる穴と、前記穴の内面の第2スプラインと、を有し、
前記第1部材は、前記第2部材との間でトルク伝達ができるように、その外面に前記第2スプラインに係合する第1スプラインを有することを特徴とする請求項8又は9に記載の減速又は増速装置。
