Claims (16)
- 内径面に8個のトラック溝が形成された外側継手部材と、外径面に外側継手部材のトラック溝と対をなす8個のトラック溝が形成された内側継手部材と、外側継手部材のトラック溝と内側継手部材のトラック溝との間に介在してトルクを伝達する8個のボールと、外側継手部材の内径面と内側継手部材の外径面との間に介在してボールを保持するポケットを有するケージとを備え、外側継手部材のトラック溝の曲率中心と外側継手部材の内径面の曲率中心の軸方向のオフセットと、内側継手部材のトラック溝の曲率中心と内側継手部材の外径面の曲率中心の軸方向のオフセットとを0とし、外側継手部材のトラック溝及び内側継手部材のトラック溝をそれぞれ軸線に対して傾斜させるとともに、周方向に隣合うトラック溝の傾斜方向を相反させ、かつ外側継手部材のトラック溝とこれに対向する内側継手部材のトラック溝を軸線に対して反対方向に傾斜させた固定式等速自在継手であって、
前記ケージのポケットの周方向長さを、外側継手部材に対してケージを所定角度だけ傾斜させて2つのポケットを外側継手部材から露出させた状態にてこの2つのポケットへの同時ボール組み込みを可能とする長さとし、
前記ケージのポケットの周方向長さを、ボールを2個同時に組み込む場合におけるポケット内でのボールの最大の周方向移動量である位相角157.5°での周方向移動量に合わせ、
前記ケージのポケットの周方向長さは、ボールを1個ずつ組み込む場合におけるポケット内でのボールの最大の周方向移動量である位相角135°での周方向移動量よりも小さいことを特徴とする等速自在継手。 - 前記外側継手部材の端面は、トラック溝の軸方向開口端間距離が大である第1部とトラック溝の軸方向開口端間距離が小である第2部が周方向に沿って交互に配設され、同時のボールの組み込みを可能とする2つのポケットのポケット間が第1部に対向することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の等速自在継手。
- 前記外側継手部材の端面は、トラック溝の軸方向開口端間距離が大である第1部とトラック溝の軸方向開口端間距離が小である第2部が周方向に沿って交互に配設され、同時のボールの組み込みを可能とする2つのポケットのポケット間が第2部に対向することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の等速自在継手。
- 外側継手部材の内径面は円筒面であることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の等速自在継手。
- 外側継手部材の内径面を円筒面とするとともに、開口部に開口端に向かって縮径するテーパ部を設けたことを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の等速自在継手。
- 外側継手部材の内径面が球面形状であり、この内径面とケージの外球面との間に隙間が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の等速自在継手。
- 外側継手部材の内径面が楕円形状であり、この内径面とケージの外球面との間に隙間が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の等速自在継手。
- 内側継手部材の外径面は円筒面であることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の等速自在継手。
- 内側継手部材の外径面が球面形状であり、この外径面とケージ内球面との間に隙間が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の等速自在継手。
- 内側継手部材の外径面が楕円形状であり、この外径面とケージの内球面との間に隙間が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の等速自在継手。
- 外側継手部材のトラック溝の曲率中心と内側継手部材のトラック溝の曲率中心とは、継手中心に対して径方向にオフセットしていることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項10のいずれか1項に記載の等速自在継手。
- トラック溝が鍛造にて成形されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項11のいずれか1項に記載の等速自在継手。
- トラック溝が機械加工にて成形されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項11のいずれか1項に記載の等速自在継手。
- 外側継手部材の内径面の仕上げ加工を省略していることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項11のいずれか1項に記載の等速自在継手。
- 内側継手部材の外径面の仕上げ加工を省略していることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項11のいずれか1項に記載の等速自在継手。
- 内径面に8個のトラック溝が形成された外側継手部材と、外径面に外側継手部材のトラック溝と対をなす8個のトラック溝が形成された内側継手部材と、外側継手部材のトラック溝と内側継手部材のトラック溝との間に介在してトルクを伝達する8個のボールと、外側継手部材の内径面と内側継手部材の外径面との間に介在してボールを保持するポケットを有するケージとを備え、外側継手部材のトラック溝の曲率中心と外側継手部材の内径面の曲率中心の軸方向のオフセットと、内側継手部材のトラック溝の曲率中心と内側継手部材の外径面の曲率中心の軸方向のオフセットとを0とし、外側継手部材のトラック溝及び内側継手部材のトラック溝をそれぞれ軸線に対して傾斜させるとともに、周方向に隣合うトラック溝の傾斜方向を相反させ、かつ外側継手部材のトラック溝とこれに対向する内側継手部材のトラック溝を軸線に対して反対方向に傾斜させた固定式等速自在継手の製造方法であって、
外側継手部材に対してケージを所定角度だけ傾斜させて2つのポケットを外側継手部材から露出させた状態にてこの2つのポケットへ同時にボールを組み込み、
外側継手部材の端面は、トラック溝の軸方向開口端間距離が大である第1部とトラック溝の軸方向開口端間距離が小である第2部が周方向に沿って交互に配設され、
同時にボールが組み込まれる2つのポケットのポケット間が第1部と第2部の何れか一方に対向することを特徴とする等速自在継手の製造方法。
