Claims (11)
- 導電性繊維を絶縁性母材に含有させた導電性強化樹脂で形成された導電樹脂部と、
導電性材料で形成されて少なくとも一部が前記導電樹脂部に埋設された導電体と、
各々が絶縁性繊維を絶縁性母材に含有させた層状の樹脂部位であって、前記導電体の少なくとも一部を相互間に挟んで前記導電樹脂部と前記導電体との間に介在した状態で前記導電樹脂部に複数層が埋設された絶縁樹脂部と、
を備え、
前記導電体は、前記導電樹脂部に全体が埋設された第1導電体、及び、前記導電樹脂部の内部で前記第1導電体に接合されるとともに少なくとも一部が埋設された第2導電体、を備えており、
前記絶縁樹脂部は、前記第1導電体、及び前記第2導電体における少なくとも前記導電樹脂部への埋設部分、を相互間に挟んで前記導電樹脂部と前記導電体との間に介在した状態で、前記導電樹脂部に埋設されていることを特徴とする複合材構造。 - 前記導電樹脂部は、前記導電性繊維で形成された導電繊維シートに絶縁性母材が含浸されたものであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の複合材構造。

前記絶縁樹脂部は、前記導体延出部において露出される前記接続部を前記導電性繊維に接触させないように当該導電樹脂部と前記導電体との間に介在した状態で設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1~3のうち何れか一項に記載の複合材構造。 - 前記導体延出部は、前記導電樹脂部から離れた先端側の一部が前記接続部として露出されるものであり、
複数層の前記絶縁樹脂部は、前記導体延出部における前記接続部を除いた根本側の非露出部の少なくとも一部を相互間に挟むように、それぞれが、前記導体延出部と一緒に前記導電樹脂部から延出した絶縁延出部を有していることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の複合材構造。 - 前記導体延出部の前記非露出部を被覆するように絶縁性材料で形成された絶縁体を更に備え、
複数層の前記絶縁樹脂部は、各層の前記絶縁延出部が前記非露出部の一部を、当該非露出部を被覆した前記絶縁体の一部を介して挟むように形成されていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の複合材構造。 - 前記導電樹脂部が、第1平面、当該第1平面から1段下がった第2平面、を有する階段形状の部分を備え、
前記導電体は、前記導電樹脂部の前記第2平面を含む第2部分において、一部が他部品との電気的な接続部として露出して他の部分が前記第2部分に埋まった状態で前記導電樹脂部に埋設され、
前記絶縁樹脂部は、前記導電樹脂部における前記第1平面を含む第1部分では前記導電体を相互間に挟んで前記導電樹脂部と前記導電体との間に介在し、前記第2部分では前記導電体における露出側とは反対側で前記導電樹脂部との間に介在した状態で、前記導電樹脂部に埋設されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の複合材構造。 - 前記導電樹脂部は、表面に筒状の窪みが設けられており、

前記樹脂部形成工程が、前記第1導電体、及び前記第2導電体における少なくとも前記導電樹脂部への埋設部分、を相互間に挟んで前記導電樹脂部と前記導電体との間に介在した状態で、前記導電樹脂部に埋設されるように前記絶縁樹脂部を形成する工程であることを特徴とする複合材構造製造方法。 - 前記絶縁性繊維配置工程は、各々が前記絶縁性繊維で形成された複数枚の絶縁繊維シートを、前記導電体の前記第1導電体、及び前記第2導電体における少なくとも前記導電樹脂部への埋設部分、を相互間に挟むように配置する工程であり、
前記樹脂部形成工程が、
複数枚の前記絶縁繊維シートで前記導電体の前記第1導電体、及び前記第2導電体における少なくとも前記導電樹脂部への埋設部分、が挟まれた積層物を更に相互間に挟むように、前記導電性繊維で形成された導電繊維シートを複数枚配置する導電繊維シート配置工程と、
溶融状態の絶縁性母材を、前記導電繊維シート及び前記絶縁繊維シートに含浸させる母材含浸工程と、
を備えていることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の複合材構造製造方法。 - 前記導電体は、他部品との電気的な接続部として一部が露出されるものであり、
前記樹脂部形成工程が、
前記導電体が全体的に非露出状態となった露出前構造を形成する露出前工程と、
前記露出前構造から、前記導電体の前記接続部を覆っている部分を除去して前記接続部を露出させる露出工程と、
を備えた工程であることを特徴とする請求項9又は10に記載の複合材構造製造方法。
