Description
図1は、本発明の実施の形態1にかかるアース構造が適用されたリニアサーボモータを上側から見た外観斜視図である。図2は、図1に示すリニアサーボモータを下側から見た外観斜視図である。リニアサーボモータ20は、銅線9が巻線された複数の積層コア1が、取付基部5に取り付けられて構成される。
図6は、本発明の実施の形態2にかかるアース構造の断面構成を示す図である。なお、上記実施の形態と同様の構成については、同様の符号を付して詳細な説明を省略する。本実施の形態2では、取付ボルト3の頭部3aのうち、鋼板10(積層コア1)と対向する面に、絶縁被覆11を破る破り用突起(導通部)3cが形成されている。
図8は、本発明の実施の形態3にかかるアース構造の断面構成を示す図である。なお、上記実施の形態と同様の構成については、同様の符号を付して詳細な説明を省略する。本実施の形態3では、積層された鋼板10のうち、最も取付ボルト3の頭部3a側に配置された鋼板12の端面を取付ボルト3の頭部3aに接触させている。

Claims (2)
- 板状形状を呈する鋼板が積層された積層コアと、
前記積層方向と略垂直となる前記鋼板の両面に被覆された絶縁被覆と、
外部アースに導通されるとともに前記積層コアが取り付けられる取付基部と、
前記取付基部にねじ込まれて前記積層コアを前記取付基部に締結する取付ボルトと、を備え、
前記鋼板のうち最も前記取付ボルトの頭部側に設けられた鋼板の端部が前記頭部側に屈曲されて、前記鋼板の端面が前記頭部に接触することを特徴とする積層コアのアース構造。 - 板状形状を呈する鋼板が積層された積層コアと、
前記積層方向と略垂直となる前記鋼板の両面に被覆された絶縁被覆と、
外部アースに導通されるとともに前記積層コアが取り付けられる取付基部と、
前記取付基部にねじ込まれて前記積層コアを前記取付基部に締結する取付ボルトと、を備え、
前記鋼板のうち最も前記取付基部側に設けられた鋼板の端部が前記取付基部側に屈曲されて、前記鋼板の端面が前記取付基部に接触することを特徴とする積層コアのアース構造。
