Claims (3)
- 巻芯部ならびに前記巻芯部の軸線方向における互いに逆の第1および第2の端部にそれぞれ設けられた第1および第2の鍔部を有する、磁性材料からなるドラム状コアと、
互いに逆方向に向く下方主面および上方主面を有する、磁性材料からなる板状コアと、
前記巻芯部に巻回された、少なくとも1本のワイヤと、
を備え、
前記第1および第2の鍔部の各々は、実装時において実装基板側に向けられる底面と、前記底面の反対側の天面と、を有し、
前記板状コアは、前記下方主面が前記第1および第2の鍔部の前記天面に対向した状態、かつ前記第1および第2の鍔部間に渡された状態で、前記第1および第2の鍔部に接着剤を介して固定され、
前記接着剤は、ジシアンジアミドを含むエポキシ系樹脂硬化物からなる、
コイル部品。 - 前記ワイヤは絶縁皮膜を有し、前記絶縁皮膜は前記接着剤とは異なる樹脂からなる、請求項1に記載のコイル部品。
- 請求項1または2に記載のコイル部品を製造する方法であって、
前記ドラム状コアおよび前記板状コアをそれぞれ用意する工程と、
前記板状コアを、前記下方主面が前記天面に対向した状態、かつ前記第1および第2の鍔部間に渡された状態で、前記第1および第2の鍔部に接着剤を介して固定する工程と、
を備え、
前記板状コアを前記第1および第2の鍔部に固定する工程は、前記板状コアと前記第1および第2の鍔部との間に、エポキシ系樹脂を付与し、ジシアンジアミドを硬化剤として当該エポキシ系樹脂を硬化させて前記接着剤とする工程を含む、
コイル部品の製造方法。
