Claims (7)
- 巻芯部ならびに前記巻芯部の各端部にそれぞれ設けられた第1および第2の鍔部を有するドラム状コアと、
互いに逆方向に向く下方主面および上方主面を有し、前記第1および第2の鍔部間に渡された板状コアと、
前記第1の鍔部に設けられた少なくとも1つの第1の端子電極と、
前記第2の鍔部に設けられた少なくとも1つの第2の端子電極と、
前記巻芯部に巻回され、かつ前記第1の端子電極と前記第2の端子電極との間に接続された、少なくとも1本のワイヤと、
を備え、
前記第1および第2の鍔部の各々は、前記巻芯部側に向きかつ前記巻芯部の各端部を位置させる内側端面と、前記内側端面の反対側の外側に向く外側端面と、前記内側端面と前記外側端面とを連結するものであって、実装時において実装基板側に向けられる底面と、前記底面の反対側の天面と、を有し、
前記第1および第2の鍔部の各々の前記天面は、少なくとも一部において、凸状の湾曲面をなしており、
前記板状コアは、前記下方主面が前記第1および第2の鍔部の双方の前記天面と対向しており、
前記板状コアの前記下方主面と前記第1および第2の鍔部の前記天面とが対向する領域において、前記板状コアの前記下方主面と前記鍔部の前記天面とのいずれか一方には、前記板状コアの前記下方主面と前記鍔部の前記天面とのいずれか他方に接する少なくとも4個の突起が、少なくとも2個ずつ、前記第1の鍔部側と前記第2の鍔部側とに分配されて設けられている、
コイル部品。 - すべての前記突起は前記板状コアに設けられている、請求項1に記載のコイル部品。
- 前記板状コアの前記下方主面は矩形状であり、4個の前記突起が前記板状コアの前記下方主面の四隅に位置している、請求項2に記載のコイル部品。
- 前記板状コアの前記上方主面から前記鍔部の前記底面に向かって透視したとき、前記突起は、前記巻芯部の輪郭線の前記鍔部内への延長線上より外側に位置している、請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載のコイル部品。
- 前記突起の高さは、前記天面での前記湾曲面による高低差と実質的に等しい、請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載のコイル部品。
- 前記突起の高さは、前記天面での前記湾曲面による高低差よりも10μm以上高い、請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載のコイル部品。
- 前記板状コアの前記下方主面と前記鍔部の前記天面とのいずれかに対する前記突起の接触面積は、前記板状コアの下方主面と前記第1および第2の鍔部の双方の前記天面とが対向する面積の1/50以下である、請求項6に記載のコイル部品。
