Description
前記軌道レールは,底部,及び前記底部の両側に対向して長手方向に延びて立設され且つ前記転動体がそれぞれ転動する第1軌道溝が形成された一対の側部から構成され,前記スライダは,上部,前記上部の両側に対向して長手方向に延びて垂下した一対の袖部,及び前記上部から垂下して前記上部と前記袖部との両端面にそれぞれ位置する一対のエンドキャップ部から構成され,前記袖部には前記第1軌道溝に沿って延びる第2軌道溝と前記第2軌道溝に平行に延びるリターン路が形成され,前記第1軌道溝と前記第2軌道溝が共働して軌道路を形成し,前記エンドキャップ部には前記軌道路と前記リターン路とを連通する円弧状の方向転換路がそれぞれ形成され,前記転動体は,前記軌道路,前記リターン路及び一対の前記方向転換路から構成される循環路を転走することから成る直動案内ユニットに関する。

Claims (9)
- 断面U字状の軌道レール,及び前記軌道レール上に複数の転動体を介して相対摺動自在に配設された1枚の金属板から形成されたスライダから成り,
前記軌道レールは,底部,及び前記底部の両側に対向して長手方向に延びて立設され且つ前記転動体がそれぞれ転動する第1軌道溝が形成された一対の側部から構成され,前記スライダは,上部,前記上部の両側に対向して長手方向に延びて垂下した一対の袖部,及び前記上部から垂下して前記上部と前記袖部との両端面にそれぞれ位置する一対のエンドキャップ部から構成され,前記袖部には前記第1軌道溝に沿って延びる第2軌道溝と前記第2軌道溝に平行に延びるリターン路が形成され,前記第1軌道溝と前記第2軌道溝が共働して軌道路を形成し,前記エンドキャップ部には前記軌道路と前記リターン路とを連通する円弧状の方向転換路がそれぞれ形成され,前記転動体は,前記軌道路,前記リターン路及び一対の前記方向転換路から構成される循環路を転走することから成る直動案内ユニット。 - 前記袖部の基部側には半円筒状に内向きに折り曲がった前記第2軌道溝が形成され,前記袖部の先端部側には円筒形状に折り曲がった前記リターン路が形成されていることから成る請求項1に記載の直動案内ユニット。
- 前記リターン路を形成する前記円筒形状の長手方向端面に形成された開口は,前記転動体であるボールの径よりも小さく,前記袖部の前記第2軌道溝より内側に位置していることから成る請求項2に記載の直動案内ユニット。
- 前記エンドキャップ部は,前記上部の端面から垂下して形成され,前記袖部の両端をそれぞれ覆って前記リターン路と前記軌道路とを連通する前記方向転換路がそれぞれ形成されていることから成る請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の直動案内ユニット。
- 前記方向転換路の前記軌道路側の先端には,前記軌道路から前記方向転換路へ向かう前記転動体をすくい上げるすくい部が形成され,前記すくい部は前記軌道レールの前記第1軌道溝内にR状に突出可能に形成されていることから成る請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の直動案内ユニット。
- 少なくとも前記スライダを形成する前記金属板は,実質的に同一の板厚であることから成る請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載の直動案内ユニット。
- 前記スライダの前記上部には相手部材を取り付けるための取付けねじ孔が形成され,前記取付けねじ孔は前記上部の一部を裏面側に突出させた円筒状のボス部の内周面に形成されており,前記軌道レールの前記底部には前記軌道レールをベースに取り付けるための取付孔が形成されていることから成る請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載の直動案内ユニット。
- 請求項1~7のいずれか1項に記載の前記直動案内ユニットにおける前記スライダは,前記金属板における前記袖部を形成する袖部形成部分と前記エンドキャップ部を形成するエンドキャップ部形成部分との間には前記金属板を折り曲げるための切欠き部が形成されており,前記袖部と前記エンドキャップ部とは上部形成部分に対してプレス成形によってそれぞれ折り曲げ成形加工されることから成る直動案内ユニットの製造方法。
- 前記軌道レール及び前記スライダの少なくとも一方は,表面硬化処理されていることから成る請求項8に記載の直動案内ユニットの製造方法。
