Claims (7)
- 長手方向に沿ってボール(3)の転走溝(10)が形成された軌道レール(1)と、横ウェブ(20)とこの横ウェブから立設した一対のフランジ部(21)を有してチャネル状に形成されると共に、多数のボール(3)を介して前記軌道レール(1)に組み付けられるスライド部材(2)とから構成され、
各フランジ部(21)にはボール直径よりも大きな内径を有する一対のボール通し孔(24)が所定の間隔をおいて軌道レール(1)の長手方向と直交する方向へ貫通形成されると共に、各フランジ部(21)の表面には一対のボール通し孔(24)の間においてボール(3)が軌道レール(1)の転走溝(10)との間で荷重を負荷しながら転走する負荷直線溝(31)が形成され、また、
各フランジ部(21)には、前記負荷直線溝(31)を転走してきたボール(3)を一方のボール通し孔(24)を介して前記フランジ部(21)の裏面に循環させ、他方のボール通し孔(24)を介して再び負荷直線溝(31)に循環させる循環路形成部材(4)を装着したことを特徴とする転がり案内装置。 - 前記循環路形成部材(4)は、軌道レール(1)の転走溝(10)からボール(3)を離脱させると共に前記スライド部材(2)のフランジ部(21)の裏面側に循環させる一対の方向転換部(40)と、かかるフランジ部(21)の裏面側においてボール(3)を無負荷状態で転走させる通路カバー部(41)とから構成され、
前記方向転換部(40)をフランジ部(21)のボール通し孔(24)に嵌合させることにより、前記循環路形成部材(4)が前記該フランジ部(21)に位置決めされることを特徴とする請求項1記載の転がり案内装置。 - 前記スライド部材(2)のフランジ部(21)の裏面側には、一対のボール通し孔(24)の間に無負荷直線溝(33)が形成され、この無負荷直線溝(33)と前記循環路形成部材(4)の通路カバー部(41)とが相まってボール(3)の無負荷通路が構成されることを特徴とする請求項2記載の転がり案内装置。
- 前記スライド部材(2)は金属プレート部材(5)を折り曲げて形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の転がり案内装置。
- 前記軌道レール(1)は金属プレート部材(5)を折り曲げて一対のフランジ部(21)を有するチャネル状に形成され、各フランジ部(21)に対してボール通し孔(24)が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の転がり案内装置。
- 請求項4記載の転がり案内装置の製造方法であって、
平板状の金属プレート部材(5)に対して前記ボール通し孔(24)及び負荷直線溝(31)を形成した後、かかる金属プレート部材(5)を折り曲げてチャネル状のスライド部材(2)を形成したことを特徴とする転がり案内装置の製造方法。 - 前記スライド部材(2)のフランジ部(21)を曲げ起こす前に、横ウェブ(20)とフランジ部(21)との境界に曲げ起こし基準溝(27)が形成されることを特徴とする請求項6記載の転がり案内装置の製造方法。
