Claims (12)
- シート要素加工機のための品質管理ステーション(2)であって、
前記品質管理ステーション(2)を通って移送されるシート要素(4)の上面の画像を取り込むように配置された少なくとも1つのカメラ(6)であって、前記カメラ(6)の光軸面(O 6 )は、前記シート要素(4)の前記上面に直交する平面(P)に対して傾斜している、前記カメラ(6)と、
互いに対向するように配置された第1の反射器(12)及び第2の反射器(14)、及び、前記第1の反射器(12)と前記第2の反射器(14)との間に位置付けられる少なくとも1つの発光体(16)、を有する照明ユニット(5)であって、前記照明ユニット(5)の光軸面(O5)は、前記平面(P)及び前記カメラ(6)の光軸面(O6)に対して傾斜している、前記照明ユニット(5)と、を備え、
前記照明ユニット(5)は、
光の第1の部分が、前記発光体(16)によって前記第1の反射器(12)の湾曲した反射面に向かって放出され、前記シート要素(4)の前記上面に向かって反射され、
光の第2の部分が、前記発光体(16)によって前記第2の反射器(14)の湾曲した反射面に向かって放出され、前記シート要素(4)の前記上面に向かって反射され、
光の第3の部分が、前記発光体(16)によって前記シート要素(4)の前記上面に直接向かって放出されるように、前記カメラ(6)の視域に光を向けるように構成され、
前記光の第1の部分、前記光の第2の部分、及び前記光の第3の部分は、前記シート要素(4)の厚さの変化にかかわらず前記シート要素(4)の前記上面における照度が一定であるように重なり合う、
ことを特徴とする品質管理ステーション。 - 前記照明ユニット(5)は、前記照明ユニット(5)の長さに沿って延びる前記発光体(16)を支持する基部(10)を備え、前記第1の反射器(12)及び前記第2の反射器(14)は、前記発光体(16)に沿って延びるように配置され、前記第1の反射器(12)及び前記第2の反射器(14)の反射面の形状は、円錐面及び非球面変形の和である、
請求項1に記載の品質管理ステーション。 - 前記発光体(16)は、隣接して配置された複数のLEDから形成される、
請求項1又は2に記載の品質管理ステーション。 - 前記発光体(16)は、前記基部(10)に直ぐ隣接して配置される、
請求項2に記載の品質管理ステーション。 - 前記照明ユニット(5)の光軸面(O5)と前記第1の反射器(12)及び前記第2の反射器(14)との間に20°程度の開口角が存在する、
請求項1ないし4のいずれか1項に記載の品質管理ステーション。 - 拡散器(18)をさらに備える、
請求項1ないし5のいずれか1項に記載の品質管理ステーション。 - 前記第1の反射器(12)及び前記第2の反射器(14)は、同じ輪郭を有する、
請求項1ないし6のいずれか1項に記載の品質管理ステーション。 - 前記照明ユニット(5)は、200mmより大きい長さを有する、
請求項1ないし7のいずれか1項に記載の品質管理ステーション。 - 前記照明ユニット(5)の光軸面(O5)は、前記平面(P)に対して約45°の角度βで配置されている、
請求項1ないし8のいずれか1項に記載の品質管理ステーション。 - 前記カメラ(6)の光軸面(O6)は、前記平面(P)に対して約20°の角度(α)で配置されている、
請求項1ないし9のいずれか1項に記載の品質管理ステーション。 - 前記発光体(16)は、前記視域(7)から60から120mmの距離で、詳細には90mm程度の距離で配置されている、
請求項1ないし10のいずれか1項に記載の品質管理ステーション。 - 請求項1ないし11のいずれか1項に記載の品質管理ステーションに使用されるように構成された照明ユニット(5)。
