Claims (13)
- シート要素加工機のための品質管理ステーション(2)であって、
前記品質管理ステーション(2)を通って移送されるシート要素(4)の画像を取り込むように配置された少なくとも1つのカメラ(6)と、
少なくとも1つの発光体(16)及び2つの反射器(12、14)を有する照明ユニット(5)と、を備え、
前記照明ユニット(5)は、媒体の厚さの変化にもかかわらず照度が一定であるように、前記カメラ(6)の視域に光を向けるように構成されている、
ことを特徴とする品質管理ステーション。 - 前記照明ユニット(5)は、前記照明ユニット(5)の長さに沿って延びる前記発光体(16)を支持する基部(10)を備え、前記2つの反射器(12、14)は、前記発光体(16)に沿って延びると共に互いに向かい合うように配置され、前記反射器(12、14)の各々は、断面で見た場合に、放物線又は非球面輪郭、詳細には円錐形輪郭を有する、
請求項1に記載の品質管理ステーション。 - 前記発光体(16)は、隣接して配置された複数のLEDから形成される、
請求項1又は2に記載の品質管理ステーション。 - 前記発光体(16)は、前記基部(10)に直ぐ隣接して配置される、
請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項に記載の品質管理ステーション。 - 前記照明ユニット(5)の光軸面(O5)と前記反射器(12、14)との間に20°程度の開口角が存在する、
請求項1ないし4のいずれか1項に記載の品質管理ステーション。 - 拡散器(18)をさらに備える、
請求項1ないし5のいずれか1項に記載の品質管理ステーション。 - 前記2つの反射器(12、14)は、同じ輪郭を有する、
請求項1ないし6のいずれか1項に記載の品質管理ステーション。 - 前記照明ユニット(5)は、200mmより大きい長さを有する、
請求項1ないし7のいずれか1項に記載の品質管理ステーション。 - 前記反射器(12、14)の光軸面(O5)は、前記視域が配置される平面(9)に垂直な平面(P)に対して約45°の角度βで配置されている、
請求項1ないし8のいずれか1項に記載の品質管理ステーション。 - 前記カメラ(6)の光軸面(O6)は、前記視域(7)が配置される平面(9)に垂直な平面(P)に対して約20°の角度(α)で配置されている、
請求項1ないし9のいずれか1項に記載の品質管理ステーション。 - 前記発光体(16)は、前記視域(7)から60から120mmの距離で、詳細には90mm程度の距離で配置されている、
請求項1ないし10のいずれか1項に記載の品質管理ステーション。 - 請求項1ないし11のいずれか1項に記載の品質管理ステーションに使用されるように構成された照明ユニット(5)。
- 品質管理ステーションで使用されるように構成された照明ユニット(5)であって、
前記照明ユニット(5)の長さに沿って延びる少なくとも1つの発光体(16)を支持する基部(10)と、
前記発光体(16)に沿って延びると共に互いに向かい合うように配置されている2つの反射器(12、14)と、を備え、
前記反射器(12、14)の各々は、断面で見た場合に円錐形輪郭を有し、前記照明ユニット(5)は、照明領域に対応する矩形領域上で実質的に均一な照射分布をもたらし、前記照明領域は、媒体送り方向に特定の距離だけ広がり、前記均一な照射分布は、前記照明領域の特定の距離だけ上の高さに至る前記照明領域の上の異なる高さで存在する、
ことを特徴とする照明ユニット(5)。
