Description
本発明は、従来技術の欠点に対して、位置決めされたレーザー加工可能な3D空気充填型保温通気性チャンネル付き4層生地及びその加工方法を提供することを目的とする。
本発明は、前記位置決めされたレーザー加工可能な3D空気充填型保温通気性チャンネル付き4層生地であって、気密性表面布層と、気密性底部布層と、を含み、前記気密性表面布層は、上から下へ表地と、環境保全型pu接着剤層と、差別化熱可塑性ポリウレタン膜と、を含み、前記気密性底部布層は、上から下へ順に差別化熱可塑性ポリウレタン膜と、環境保全型pu接着剤層と、裏地と、を含み、前記表地には、レーザー視覚認識用レーザー切断点が設けられる。
環境保全型pu接着剤層を介して、それぞれ表地と差別化熱可塑性ポリウレタン膜ポリウレタン膜と、裏地と差別化熱可塑性ポリウレタン膜とを接着して密着させ、気密性表面布層及び気密性底部布層を製造するステップ(1)と、
該位置決めされたレーザー加工可能な3D空気充填型保温通気性チャンネル付き4層生地に求められる模様に応じて、彫刻凸版プロセスを用い、所要形状に合致する凸版金型を予め製作するステップ(2)と、
3D接着機で気密性表面布層及び気密性底部布層をそれぞれ凸版金型の上下両側に案内し、3D接着機を100~200℃に加熱し、所定の温度に達した後3D接着機に圧力を印加して凸版金型を作動させ、0.1~10s後、気密性表面布層の表面と気密性底部布層の表面とを圧着し、圧着するときに特定箇所に5~8cmの開口を残して開口箇所に吸気弁を取り付けるステップ(3)と、
気密性表面布層の表面及び気密性底部布層の表面がいずれも差別化熱可塑性ポリウレタン膜であり、加熱加圧されると熱融着して接着し、次に自然冷却又は冷却ローラの補助によって、2層の差別化熱可塑性ポリウレタン膜の熱融着接着部を冷却し、高強度の粘着熔融を実現するステップ(3)と、
レーザー視覚認識装置によって表地においてレーザー切断点を認識し、これに基づいて該位置決めされたレーザー加工可能な3D空気充填型保温通気性チャンネル付き4層生地を切断し、所要の形状、パターン及び通気点を取得するステップ(5)と、を含むことを特徴とする。
(1)羽毛の代わりに空気を保温基材とするため、保温効果が羽毛より優れ、且つより軽くなり、製品コストがより低くなり、また、羽毛抜けの問題も解決する。
(2)空気を必要に応じて充填したり排出したりすることができ、簡便に収納でき、空気を排出したものが保温効果を失って、春や秋の日常着とすることができる。
(3)レーザー切断点と組み合わせることによって、レーザー視覚認識による自動精密切断を実現し、より優しくて美しい模様を実現し、生地の外観性をより向上させるとともに、極めて小さな切断点を切断することができ、それによって、保温気密効果を確保するとともに、湿気を排出しやすく、気密保温と通気の2重効果を有する。
従来技術に比べて、本発明は、以下の有益な効果を有する。
(1)羽毛の代わりに空気を保温基材とするため、保温効果が羽毛より優れ、且つより軽くなり、製品コストがより低くなり、また、羽毛抜けの問題も解決する。
(2)空気を必要に応じて充填したり排出したりすることができ、簡便に収納でき、空気を排出したものが保温効果を失って、春や秋の日常着とすることができる。
(3)レーザー切断点と組み合わせることによって、レーザー視覚認識による自動精密切断を実現し、より優しくて美しい模様を実現し、生地の外観性をより向上させるとともに、極めて小さな切断点を切断することができ、それによって、保温気密効果を確保するとともに、湿気を排出しやすく、気密保温と通気の2重効果を有する。
環境保全型pu接着剤層を介して、それぞれ表地と差別化熱可塑性ポリウレタン膜と、裏地と差別化熱可塑性ポリウレタン膜とを接着して密着させ、気密性表面布層及び気密性底部布層を製造するステップ(1)と、

気密性表面布層の表面及び気密性底部布層の表面がいずれも差別化熱可塑性ポリウレタン膜であり、加熱加圧後に熱融着して接着し、次に自然冷却又は冷却ローラの補助によって、2層の差別化熱可塑性ポリウレタン膜の熱融着接着部を冷却し、高強度の粘着熔融を実現するステップ(4)と、
レーザー視覚認識装置によって表地においてレーザー切断点を認識し、これに基づいて該位置決めされたレーザー加工可能な3D空気充填型保温通気性チャンネル付き4層生地を切断し、所要の形状、パターン及び通気点を取得するステップ(5)とことを特徴とする。
Claims (3)
- レーザー加工可能な空気を充填したり排出したりすることができる通気性チャンネル付き4層生地であって、
気密性表面布層と気密性底部布層と、を含み、
前記通気性チャンネルは、前記気密性表面布層と前記気密性底部布層との間に設けられる開口と、前記開口に取り付けられる吸気弁とからなり、
前記気密性表面布層は、環境保全型pu接着剤層を介して、上から下へ表地と、接着性及び密閉性を有する差別化熱可塑性ポリウレタン膜と、を含み、
前記気密性底部布層は、環境保全型pu接着剤層を介して、上から下へ順に接着性及び密閉性を有する差別化熱可塑性ポリウレタン膜と、裏地と、を含み、
前記表地は、両面織り布又は両面編み布を含み、
前記裏地は、織り柔軟糸生地又はシングルジャージ生地を含み、
前記表地には、レーザー加工をするための視覚認識用のレーザー切断点が設けられている、ことを特徴とするレーザー加工可能な空気を充填したり排出したりすることができる通気性チャンネル付き4層生地。 - 請求項1に記載のレーザー加工可能な空気を充填したり排出したりすることができる通気性チャンネル付き4層生地を製造して加工する方法であって、
環境保全型 pu接着剤層を介して、それぞれ表地と接着性及び密閉性を有する差別化熱可塑性ポリウレタン膜と、裏地と接着性及び密閉性を有する差別化熱可塑性ポリウレタン膜を接着して密着させ、気密性表面布層及び気密性底部布層を製造するステップ(1)と、
当該レーザー加工可能な空気を充填したり排出したりすることができる通気性チャンネル付き4層生地に求められる模様に応じて、彫刻凸版プロセスを用い、所要形状に合致する凸版金型を予め製作するステップ(2)と、
接着機で気密性表面布層及び気密性底部布層をそれぞれ凸版金型の上下両側に案内し、接着機を100~200℃に加熱し、所定の温度に達した後接着機に圧力を印加して凸版金型を作動させ、0.1~10s後、特定箇所に吸気弁を取り付けるための5~8cmの開口を残して気密性表面布層の表面と気密性底部布層の表面とを圧着し、その後開口箇所に吸気弁を取り付けるステップ(3)と、
気密性表面布層の表面及び気密性底部布層の表面がいずれも接着性及び密閉性を有する差別化熱可塑性ポリウレタン膜であり、加熱加圧されると熱融着して接着し、次に自然冷却又は冷却ローラの補助によって、2層の接着性及び密閉性を有する差別化熱可塑性ポリウレタン膜の熱融着接着部を冷却し、高強度の粘着熔融を実現するステップ(4)と、
前記表地にレーザー加工をするための視覚認識用のレーザー切断点を設け、視覚認識装置によって前記表地における前記レーザー切断点を認識し、これに基づいてレーザー加工によって当該レーザー加工可能な空気を充填したり排出したりすることができる通気性チャンネル付き4層生地を切断し、所要の形状及びパターンを取得するステップ(5)と、を含む、ことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記凸版金型における彫刻パターンは、ドット、一字、横棒、波、鋭い先端つきの横棒、又は八字の形状であり、前記凸版金型は、アルミニウム材質平板及び鉄又は合金製ローラである、ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の方法。
