本发明涉及一种面料加工,具体的说,包括一种定位激光镭射3D四层空气保暖透气通道面料及其加工方法。
背景技术
羽绒服(downcoat)内充羽绒填料的上衣,外形庞大圆润,羽绒服一般鸭绒量占一半以上,同时可以混杂一些细小的羽毛,将鸭绒清洗干净,经高温消毒,之后填充在衣服中就是羽绒服了,羽绒服保暖性最好。多为寒冷地区的人们穿着,也为极地考察人员所常用。
羽绒服(down coat)内充羽绒填料的上衣,外形庞大圆润。羽绒服一般鸭绒量占一半以上,同时可以混杂一些细小的羽毛,将鸭绒清洗干净,经高温消毒,之后填充在衣服中就是羽绒服了。用于羽绒服的面料是很重要的材料,但是现有的羽绒服面料存在以下缺陷:不够结实耐用,不易打理,不具备抗皱免烫的特性;不具备驱虫作用,舒适感差;不能完美呈现字母、logo、图案等,导致不够更时尚和潮流,制备使浪费人力资源;针对这种缺陷,所以我们设计一种3D四层胶合通道保暖面料是很有必要的。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明目的在于针对现有技术的不足,提供一种定位激光镭射3D四层空气保暖透气通道面料及其加工方法。
技术方案:本发明所述一种定位激光镭射3D四层空气保暖透气通道面料,包括闭气面布层和闭气底布层,所述闭气面布层由上到下包括面基布、pu环保胶层和差异化TPU聚氨脂膜,所述闭气底布层由上到下依次包括差异化TPU聚氨脂膜、pu环保胶层和底衬布,所述面基布上设有激光视觉识别用镭射切割点。
作为优选的,所述面基布包括梭织、针织的20d、30d、50d和70d等的双面布,也可以是20d、30d、40d、50d、70d、75d、90d、100d、150d、200d和300d等的梭织涤纶、尼龙、毛呢及其他弹性面料。
作为优选的,所述底衬布包括30d、50d和75d梭织飘柔纱或20d、30d、50d和75d单面针织面料。
制备所述的定位激光镭射3D四层空气保暖透气通道面料的加工方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)通过pu环保胶层分别将面基布与差异化TPU聚氨脂膜、底衬布与差异化TPU聚氨脂膜向粘合压紧,预制得括闭气面布层和闭气底布层;
(2)按照该定位激光镭射3D四层空气保暖透气通道面料上的图形要求,采用雕刻凸版工艺,预先制作好配合所需形体的凸版模具;
(3)采用3D胶合机将闭气面布层和闭气底布层分别引导到凸版模具的上下两侧,将3D胶合机电加热至100~200℃,温度足够后3D胶合机施加压力带动凸版模具,经0.1~10s,将闭气面布层的膜面和闭气底布层的膜面相压合,压合时在特定部位留下5~8cm的开口并在开口处安装进气阀门;
(4)闭气面布层的膜面和闭气底布层的膜面均为差异化TPU聚氨脂膜,加热加压后会热熔粘结,然后通过自然冷却或冷却辊辅助,将两层差异化TPU聚氨脂膜的热容粘结部冷却下来,从而获得高强度的黏连融合;
(5)通过激光视觉识别装置在面基布上识别镭射切割点,并以此为基础对该定位激光镭射3D四层空气保暖透气通道面料进行切割,获得所需的造型、图案及透气点。
作为优选的,所述凸版模具上的雕刻图案可以是圆点、一字、横条、波浪、尖角横条和八字等形状,所述凸版模具还可以是铝材质平板以及铁或合金圆辊。
本发明相比现有技术具有以下有益效果:(1)以空气代替羽绒作为保暖基材,保暖效果优于羽绒,且质地更轻,产品成本更低,同时也解决了羽绒跑绒这一问题;
(2)可以自由充放气,便于收纳,排出空气后失去保暖效果,可以作为春秋季的日常穿着;
(3)配合镭射切割点,实现了激光视觉识别的自动精密切割,可以呈现出更为细腻美妙的花纹,面料更为美观,同时可以切割出极细小的切割点,在保证保暖闭气效果的同时便于潮气排出,具有闭气保暖的同时透气的双重效果。

具体实施方式
下面通过附图对本发明技术方案进行详细说明,但是本发明的保护范围不局限于所述实施例。
一种定位激光镭射3D四层空气保暖透气通道面料,包括闭气面布层和闭气底布层,闭气面布层由上到下包括面基布、pu环保胶层和差异化TPU聚氨脂膜,闭气底布层由上到下依次包括差异化TPU聚氨脂膜、pu环保胶层和底衬布,面基布上设有激光视觉识别用镭射切割点。
面基布包括梭织、针织的20d、30d、50d和70d等的双面布,也可以是20d、30d、40d、50d、70d、75d、90d、100d、150d、200d和300d等的梭织涤纶、尼龙、毛呢及其他弹性面料。
底衬布包括30d、50d和75d梭织飘柔纱或20d、30d、50d和75d单面针织面料。
本发明相比现有技术具有以下有益效果:(1)以空气代替羽绒作为保暖基材,保暖效果优于羽绒,且质地更轻,产品成本更低,同时也解决了羽绒跑绒这一问题;
(2)可以自由充放气,便于收纳,排出空气后失去保暖效果,可以作为春秋季的日常穿着;
(3)配合镭射切割点,实现了激光视觉识别的自动精密切割,可以呈现出更为细腻美妙的花纹,面料更为美观,同时可以切割出极细小的切割点,在保证保暖闭气效果的同时便于潮气排出,具有闭气保暖的同时透气的双重效果。
此外,该定位激光镭射3D四层空气保暖透气通道面料中采用的差异化TPU聚氨脂膜本身相比于现有的聚氨脂TPU具有更加优秀的粘合和封闭性能。
制备所述的定位激光镭射3D四层空气保暖透气通道面料的加工方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)通过pu环保胶层分别将面基布与差异化TPU聚氨脂膜、底衬布与差异化TPU聚氨脂膜向粘合压紧,预制得括闭气面布层和闭气底布层;
(2)按照该定位激光镭射3D四层空气保暖透气通道面料上的图形要求,采用雕刻凸版工艺,预先制作好配合所需形体的凸版模具;
(3)采用3D胶合机将闭气面布层和闭气底布层分别引导到凸版模具的上下两侧,将3D胶合机电加热至100~200℃,温度足够后3D胶合机施加压力带动凸版模具,经0.1~10s,将闭气面布层的膜面和闭气底布层的膜面相压合,压合时在特定部位留下5~8cm的开口并在开口处安装进气阀门;
(4)闭气面布层的膜面和闭气底布层的膜面均为差异化TPU聚氨脂膜,加热加压后会热熔粘结,然后通过自然冷却或冷却辊辅助,将两层差异化TPU聚氨脂膜的热容粘结部冷却下来,从而获得高强度的黏连融合;
(5)通过激光视觉识别装置在面基布上识别镭射切割点,并以此为基础对该定位激光镭射3D四层空气保暖透气通道面料进行切割,获得所需的造型、图案及透气点。
凸版模具上的雕刻图案可以是圆点、一字、横条、波浪、尖角横条和八字等形状,凸版模具还可以是铝材质平板以及铁或合金圆辊。
采用上述的加工工艺进行加工,实现了自动化生产,生产效率较高,且步骤简便,品控能力好,从而能够有效降低次品率。
如上所述,尽管参照特定的优选实施例已经表示和表述了本发明,但其不得解释为对本发明自身的限制。在不脱离所附权利要求定义的本发明的精神和范围前提下,可对其在形式上和细节上作出各种变化。

Claims (5)

1.一种定位激光镭射3D四层空气保暖透气通道面料,其特征在于:包括闭气面布层和闭气底布层,所述闭气面布层由上到下包括面基布、pu环保胶层和差异化TPU聚氨脂膜,所述闭气底布层由上到下依次包括差异化TPU聚氨脂膜、pu环保胶层和底衬布,所述面基布上设有激光视觉识别用镭射切割点。
2.根据权利要求1所述的定位激光镭射3D四层空气保暖透气通道面料,其特征在于:所述面基布包括梭织、针织的20d、30d、50d和70d等的双面布,也可以是20d、30d、40d、50d、70d、75d、90d、100d、150d、200d和300d等的梭织涤纶、尼龙、毛呢及其他弹性面料。
3.根据权利要求1所述的定位激光镭射3D四层空气保暖透气通道面料,其特征在于:所述底衬布包括30d、50d和75d梭织飘柔纱或20d、30d、50d和75d单面针织面料。
4.制备如权利要求1-3所述的定位激光镭射3D四层空气保暖透气通道面料的加工方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)通过pu环保胶层分别将面基布与差异化TPU聚氨脂膜、底衬布与差异化TPU聚氨脂膜向粘合压紧,预制得括闭气面布层和闭气底布层;
(2)按照该定位激光镭射3D四层空气保暖透气通道面料上的图形要求,采用雕刻凸版工艺,预先制作好配合所需形体的凸版模具;
(3)采用3D胶合机将闭气面布层和闭气底布层分别引导到凸版模具的上下两侧,将3D胶合机电加热至100~200℃,温度足够后3D胶合机施加压力带动凸版模具,经0.1~10s,将闭气面布层的膜面和闭气底布层的膜面相压合,压合时在特定部位留下5~8cm的开口并在开口处安装进气阀门;
(4)闭气面布层的膜面和闭气底布层的膜面均为差异化TPU聚氨脂膜,加热加压后会热熔粘结,然后通过自然冷却或冷却辊辅助,将两层差异化TPU聚氨脂膜的热容粘结部冷却下来,从而获得高强度的黏连融合;
(5)通过激光视觉识别装置在面基布上识别镭射切割点,并以此为基础对该定位激光镭射3D四层空气保暖透气通道面料进行切割,获得所需的造型、图案及透气点。
5.根据权利要求4所述的定位激光镭射3D四层空气保暖透气通道面料的加工方法,其特征在于:所述凸版模具上的雕刻图案可以是圆点、一字、横条、波浪、尖角横条和八字等形状,所述凸版模具还可以是铝材质平板以及铁或合金圆辊。
