Claims (6)
- 内管と、
前記内管に挿入される挿入体と、
前記内管の外周に設けられ、第2流体が流れる少なくとも1本以上の外管と、
を備え、
前記挿入体は、軸部とその軸部の外表面に形成された突部とから形成され、
第1流体は、少なくとも前記内管の内面と前記突部とで形成される螺旋状流路を流れるとともに、
前記螺旋状流路には、第1流体の流れ方向の所定間隔毎に、流路面積を小さくする肉厚突部が設けられており、
前記肉厚突部は、周方向の所定間隔毎に、前記突部の軸方向の厚みを、他の部位よりも厚くすることで形成されていることを特徴とする熱交換器。 - 複数の前記肉厚突部の周方向の長さの中心部を結ぶラインは、前記挿入体の軸方向の中心線と並行であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記肉厚突部は、高さ方向において先端部よりも根元部の方が、軸方向の厚みが厚いことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記肉厚突部は、根元部の周方向の長さの中心部が、軸方向の厚みが最も厚いことを特徴とする請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記内管は、内面溝付き管であることを特徴とする請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の熱交換器。
- 圧縮機、請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載の熱交換器、減圧装置、蒸発器を環状に接続して形成した冷凍サイクル装置。
