Description
(防振装置の構成)
本発明に係る防振装置1は、例えば自動車のリアサスペンション等に用いられる防振ブッシュである。
以下、前記の如く防振装置1を製造するための組立治具3について説明する。
以下、前記の如く構成された組立治具3を用いた防振装置1の製造方法について説明する。
以上より、本実施形態によれば、圧縮工程では、成形工程で成形された各弾性部22,23を内筒部材20における各弾性部22,23の配置位置に対して押圧し、各弾性部22,23を内筒部材20と外筒部材21との間への配置時と略同じ大きさに圧縮することから、弾性体24を直接圧縮でき、弾性体24の圧縮率の設定自由度を向上させることができる。
図7及び図8は本発明の実施形態2を示し、組立治具3の構成を変更したものである。なお、図7及び図8において、図1~図6と同じ部分については同じ符号を付してその詳細な説明は省略する。
前記各実施形態では、内側部材として内筒部材20を用いたが、これに限られず、例えば、中実の軸状部材を用いてもよい。

Claims (3)
- 筒状又は軸状の内側部材と、前記内側部材の周囲に設けられた外筒部材と、前記内側部材と前記外筒部材との間に設けられて両者を連結する弾性体とを備えた防振装置の製造方法であって、
前記弾性体は、前記内側部材と前記外筒部材との間における互いに周方向で異なる位置に配置され且つ互いに分離された複数の弾性部からなり、
前記各弾性部を別個に成形する成形工程と、
前記各弾性部を前記内側部材における前記各弾性部の配置位置に対して押圧することにより、前記各弾性部を、前記内側部材と前記外筒部材との間への配置時と略同じ大きさに圧縮する圧縮工程と、
前記各弾性部が圧縮された状態を保持しながら、前記内側部材及び前記各弾性部を一体で前記外筒部材に圧入する圧入工程と、
前記内側部材及び前記外筒部材と前記各弾性部とを固定する固定工程と、を含み、
前記内側部材及び前記各弾性部を一体で前記外筒部材に圧入する前に、前記各弾性部を、前記内側部材に対して周方向の位置決めをする、
防振装置の製造方法。 - 請求項1において、
前記複数の弾性部は、互いに異なる材料からなる第1弾性部及び第2弾性部を有する
防振装置の製造方法。 - 請求項1又は2において、
前記固定工程は、
前記圧入工程の前に、前記内側部材と前記各弾性部との固定面及び前記外筒部材と前記各弾性部との固定面の少なくとも一方に接着剤を塗布して前記接着剤を乾燥状態とする塗布工程と、
前記圧入工程の後に、前記接着剤を硬化する硬化工程と、を含む
防振装置の製造方法。
