Description
前記シースフィラメントの炭素含有量が0.90質量%超0.95質量%以下であり、かつ、クロム含有量が0.15~0.30質量%であり、
層構造が、1+A+B+C+D+E構造であり、
前記コアを構成するコアフィラメントの径が4~8.0mmであり、
前記シースフィラメントの径が1.50~2.00mmであり、
航空機用タイヤに用いられることを特徴とするものである。
<従来例、比較例1~3および実施例1~4>
表1、2に示す炭素含有量およびクロム含有量を有するスチールフィラメントを用い、同表に示す構造のケーブルビードをサイズ、Φ23mmにて作製し、重量を求める。また、これらのケーブルビードを用いて、図2に示すタイプのタイヤをタイヤサイズ52×21.0R22 38PRにて作製し、下記の手順で破壊耐圧安全率を測定する。得られた結果を同表に併記する。
タイヤをリムサイズ52×21R22のリムに装着し、タイヤ内を水で満たし内圧を上昇させた時、タイヤが破壊する圧力と、TRAで定められた規定内圧に対する比(タイヤが破壊する圧力/TRAで定められた正規内圧)を測定する。なお、米国連邦航空局(FAA)の定めるTSOでは、航空機用タイヤについては安全率4倍以上に規定されている。数値が大きいほど耐圧性が良好である。なお、表中の指数100が上記安全率4倍に当たる。

Claims (5)
- 環状に形成されたスチールからなるコアと、該コアの周りにスチールからなるシースフィラメントが螺旋状に巻き付けられてなる、少なくとも1層のシース層からなるシースと、を有するケーブルビードにおいて、
前記シースフィラメントの炭素含有量が0.90質量%超0.95質量%以下であり、かつ、クロム含有量が0.15~0.30質量%であり、
層構造が、1+A+B+C+D+E構造であり、
前記コアを構成するコアフィラメントの径が4~8.0mmであり、
前記シースフィラメントの径が1.50~2.00mmであり、
航空機用タイヤに用いられることを特徴とするケーブルビード。 - Aが6~12、Bが12~20、Cが18~28、Dが24~34、Eは30~38である請求項1記載のケーブルビード。
- 前記シースフィラメントが、ブラスめっきを施されている請求項1または2記載のケーブルビード。
- 前記シースフィラメントの抗張力が、2000MPa以上である請求項1~3のうちいずれか一項記載のケーブルビード。
- 請求項1~4のうちいずれか一項記載のケーブルビードを備えてなることを特徴とする航空機用タイヤ。
