Claims (5)
- 軸受を介してハウジングによって回転可能に支持されているロータシャフトを有するロータと、ステータとを、備える車両用電動機に適用され、前記軸受にオイルを供給する、車両用電動機の軸受の潤滑機構であって、
前記ハウジングには、オイルポンプから吐出されたオイルが供給される油路が形成され、
前記油路と前記軸受とは、壁を隔てて配置され、
前記壁には、該壁を貫通するボルト穴が形成されているとともに、該ボルト穴にボルトが締結されており、
前記ボルトの頭部には、締結状態で所定の部位と接触する面に、径方向に伸びる連通溝が形成されている
ことを特徴とする車両用電動機の軸受の潤滑機構。 - 前記ボルト穴に締結される前記ボルトのねじ部の長さは、前記ボルトと前記ボルト穴との隙間から前記軸受の潤滑に適した量のオイルが漏れ出す長さに設定されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1の車両用電動機の軸受の潤滑機構。 - 前記ロータシャフトは円筒状に形成され、
前記ロータシャフトの内部には、該ロータシャフトの軸方向に沿って伸び、前記油路に接続された冷却パイプが設けられ、
前記冷却パイプは、該冷却パイプに設けられた位置決めプレートを介して、前記ボルトによって前記壁に固定されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2の車両用電動機の軸受の潤滑機構。 - 前記オイルポンプは、電動オイルポンプである
ことを特徴とする請求項1から3の何れか1に記載の車両用電動機の軸受の潤滑機構。 - 前記電動オイルポンプは、前記車両用電動機のモータ温度が高くなるほど、デューティ率が高くなるように制御される
ことを特徴とする請求項4の車両用電動機の軸受の潤滑機構。
