Description
本発明に係る端子付き電線の製造方法及び端子付き電線の実施形態の1つを図1から図5に基づいて説明する。
本変形例の端子付き電線の製造方法は、下記の端子金具120を電線10の端末に取り付けた端子付き電線2を作り出すためのものである(図6及び図7)。
本変形例の端子付き電線の製造方法は、下記の端子金具220を電線10の端末に取り付けた端子付き電線3を作り出すためのものである(図8及び図9)。
本変形例の端子付き電線の製造方法は、下記の端子金具320を電線10の端末に取り付けた端子付き電線4を作り出すためのものである(図10から図15)。
本変形例の端子付き電線の製造方法は、下記の端子金具420を電線10の端末に取り付けた端子付き電線5を作り出すためのものである(図16から図18)。
本変形例の端子付き電線の製造方法は、下記の端子金具520を電線10の端末に取り付けた端子付き電線6を作り出すためのものである(図19から図25)。

Claims (4)
- 底部及び前記底部の両端から突出させた一対の片部により成る芯線接続体を有する端子金具のそれぞれの前記片部の内壁面の間に、それぞれの前記片部の内壁面の間隔よりも芯線径が小さい電線における芯線の端末の芯線露出部を挿入する電線設置工程と、
前記芯線露出部と前記芯線接続体に対してそれぞれの前記片部の自由端側からレーザ光を照射して、前記芯線露出部と前記芯線接続体を溶融させる溶融工程と、
前記レーザ光の照射を停止させ、前記レーザ光で溶融した前記芯線露出部と前記芯線接続体を固着させる固着工程と、
を有し、
前記電線設置工程では、前記芯線露出部をそれぞれの前記片部の内壁面の間に挿入することによって、前記芯線接続体の保持部におけるレーザ光の照射部側の端部よりも前記底部側に前記芯線露出部を配置し、前記保持部で前記芯線接続体に対して前記芯線露出部を仮保持させ、
前記溶融工程では、それぞれの前記片部の対向配置方向にて、前記芯線露出部の芯線径よりも広く且つそれぞれの前記片部の前記自由端における内壁面の間隔よりも狭い幅で前記芯線露出部と前記保持部とに対して前記レーザ光を照射させ、前記芯線露出部と前記保持部とを溶融させ、
前記固着工程では、前記レーザ光で溶融した前記芯線露出部と前記保持部とを固着させることを特徴とした端子付き電線の製造方法。 - 前記電線設置工程では、それぞれの前記片部の内壁面側から各々突出させ且つそれぞれの前記片部の対向配置方向で互いに対向配置させた前記保持部に前記芯線露出部を挟持させることを特徴とした請求項1に記載の端子付き電線の製造方法。
- 前記電線設置工程では、それぞれの前記片部の内壁面側から各々突出させ且つ前記底部の内壁面に対向配置させた前記保持部と前記底部とに挟持させることを特徴とした請求項1に記載の端子付き電線の製造方法。
- 前記電線設置工程では、複数本の素線から成る前記芯線の前記芯線露出部をそれぞれの前記片部の内壁面の間に挿入することを特徴とした請求項1,2又は3に記載の端子付き電線の製造方法。
